Hotel staff were very nice and professional, and are multilingual aswell, was allowed to check in two hours earlier, they also gave me a gift on departure, unfortunately I did not have space for it in my luggage. I was in Tunis to visit family who were staying in Laq. Novotel was very central and in a nice and clean district. Tunis Mall was close by and it was a good base for sightseeing trips. The hotel WiFi is good. The food and restaurant are good.
