Quality of the all inclusive food and drink was excellent. We got there before 11am and asked if we could leave our luggage so we could go for something to eat and drink. They gave us our all inclusive bands so we could use their facilities and said they had a room ready so we could check in straight away. All the staff were excellent and positive. We could not fault this place for a getaway. The price was excellent and the location was very convenient for the airport, the beach and trips to Arenal and Palma.

Some of the staff were nice and overall the hotel is not bad, but as I got the worst room the hotel offers, I cannot recommend it and I won't consider any Grupotel hotel in the future.
