Super clean. Well equipped. Communication with very attentive host was excellent. Close to all amenities in Famara and only a walk/short drive away from all the great parts of the island as a whole. Apartment had a lovely desert view from the small balcony, which had all day sun.

Lovely and spacious house in a perfect location. Stone’s throw from the sea, and five minutes walk to the main beach. Very close to the bars and restaurants as Famara is so small! Very chilled surfer vibe to the town. We enjoyed the roof terrace, beds were comfy, two bathrooms, kitchen well stocked with necessities. Perfect spot for a surf/kitesurf trip :)

Famara has one of the best beaches on Lanzarote. The town is lovely and laid back with a 'surfers vibe' with some nice, small bars and restaurants. The beach is wonderful as well. We think that it is worth hiring a car though!

I loved the views, the beach, and the village which had a nice mix of tourists and local residents. It was quiet at night, as most people were sporty (surfers, walkers cyclists etc) and there were no noisy drunken parties. It was probably one of the best places for me to stay. Famara is a quiet, laid back, relaxing location.
Famara is a quiet, laid back, relaxing location. It's popular with surfers, as the beach and surf are both excellent. It's also ideal for just chilling out on a break. It's not modern, but has a charm of it's own. Very clean, and the roads have blowing sand at times - but this is part of the attraction. No traffic jams or loud clubs etc like the main tourist centres elsewhere. It was just what we wanted.JohnUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10

Photos were taken from the apartment balcony. The house was perfect & my overall experience was highly positive....although Northern Lanzarote would be a couple of degrees Celsius cooler (on average per day) than Southern Tenerife (i.e. where I had just come from before traveling to Famara in Lanzarote). Also, in order to do a really BIG shopping, in a large supermarket, you'll need to travel to another town (either by bus or car), as Famara itself is quite small. But that's just the way I liked it : not too big & very quiet at night!

Such a chilled out place on the NW coast of Lanza, renowned for the surf, and the surf lifestyle. It delivers on both counts, with the long, wide beach home to stunning waves set to a glorious backdrop, and the town has plenty of cafes and restaurants ranging from tapas finger food to gourmet delights. It was easy to communicate with the host by WhatsApp who had good English. The property was well located, within easy walking distance of Famara beach and a quick drive to many other excellent surf locations. It is also right next to a good restaurant and close to the shops. My only concern was whether there would be any noise from the main street. However, I found it very quiet inside the property.

Absolutely nothing is missing in the flat, there's even an iron and a board... fully equipped! there's a stunning view from the bedrooms at the back and a small terrace on the street.
