The biggest problem was finding the hotel - postcodes in Spain cover way too big an area and often the street location information seems to be in a local language variant and not accepted by a SatNav device. All this coupled with the fact that few people speak English makes finding hotels a bit of a problem.

We were relaxing in our room when water started to drip through the ceiling onto our bed. the staff were brilliant. We (and others) were immediately allocated new rooms. The staff continued to serve whilst trying to clear up the mess. they were brilliant.

It's spacious, quiet & well located and the communication with our friendly and helpful host was great. Although the apartment is on the 4th floor there's an elevator available if needed. We found Calatayud an interesting city to visit and the Museo is well worth a visit.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Calatayud is a small quiet town and worth a visit, based in this hotel. The hotel is easy to find and only a couple of minutes' drive from the autopista. The staff were all very friendly, the room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. If I do this journey again, I'll stop here.
