The hotel is an oasis away from the extremes of Bangkok. My family and I had suffered on a 9 and a half hour flight from Australia that had arrived at the Suwwanaphum airport, We caught taxi to this hotel at Don Muang and stayed one night to catch a flight next day to a province of Thailand. What a magnificent relief from all the travelling to arrive at this hotel. Amari at Don Muang was superb, lovely beds, huge room, wonderful staff, great pool and great restaurant with buffet breakfast. It only takes 10 minutes to get into the terminal via on overhead pedestrian bridge.

Spacious and Super clean, daily room refresh is great. Quiet and secure. It’s a great space to get to various parts of Bangkok easily but also far enough away not to be blasted by city noise. It’s in a non tourist area, with plenty of authentic Thai eateries within walking distance, and they’re Thai prices not ramped up for tourists. If you can’t speak the language, the hotel staff are all excellent speakers and can assist with any queries uou may have. You can also use the on site hotel laundry to wash and dry clothing.
