The breakfast was a continental style. There was a delicious pancake, breads and croissants with jams. Always ask the manager to book you a taxi as they have a great rate to get back to the walled city.

We absolutely loved our trip to Marrakesh and staying in the luxurious Savoy Le Grand. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. This is my second time within two months staying at this hotel because I love it so much I had to bring my Daughter for her 7th birthday. Everything is lovely and my Daughter really enjoyed her holiday so much we will definitely be coming back. I would like to thank Saima Somar (I hope this is the correct Shaima) as I was told there were a few Shaima's the one I am talking about is the one who assisted me on arrival from guest reservations on 24/05/24, most helpful and welcoming and ensured room request for my Daughter was done to perfection... Thank you Shaima. The following thanks to Lofti for the delicious cocktails, Imane soumnia for being so pleasant and wonderful every morning...lovely smile to see everyday and of course the cleaning of our room(thanks again) Chaimae Bach and Sokina limousine I hope I got the job description correct for each name. All mentioned added to us have the most enjoyable experience. Between the 24th - 28th there were some exceptional waiting staff at breakfast but unfortunately I didn't get to write their names down and the ladies I am referring to were not there on the morning of 29th...I still thank you alll so much for the kindness you all showed my Daughter Hope. Also Aziz Ourka thank you. The hotel was clean, comfortable and classy. Thank you all for everything.

Reception was excellent and the room was neat and tidy. When we had a problem with the air-conditioner, the staff responded quickly and sent someone up to rectify the problem. The breakfast was very good.

It was best option for me as we shop around until 1am at jema el fna and used room for final packing and to go to airport. Best option to spend last few hours.
