Hosts could not provide their usual coffee and so left an extra gift of wine and chocolate. Very helpful and kept in contact through out the stay to make sure there was no issues. Highly recommend and will use them again.

I like the location of where the hotel is. The room was clean, spacious. It was also a last minute booking as my partner booked somewhere else and the state of the other place wasn't nice!

Room was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Welcoming friendly staff. Excellent location for walking to the castle, restaurants, shops and the river. We paid for a parking spot at the hotel which was very good value, hassle free and well worth reserving. Good choice for breakfast which was delicious. We loved the room upgrade and complementary drinks at the bar. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant and memorable.
