Beautiful B&B with very clean, comfy & well equipped rooms. Perfect location as we were travelling to Heathrow T5 the following morning. Paul was very welcoming & even carried our cases upstairs. Paul also provides a shuttle to the airport for £25, which is well worth booking. Will definitely return.

The property is close to the airport, but there is nothing close to the airport (almost liked a deserted place). The room is damp and smells. I asked the owner later to provide shuttle service to the airport, but he never got back to me. Also, when we left at 5am, we closed the front door, but the owner claimed that the front door was unlocked and they had to send someone to secure the door without any proof. Now, they dare to request 100 pounds of damage, which is insane. There is no damage. I cannot pay without any proof. For travellers through terminal 4 Heathrow, that property is not the best. They removed £26 from my card instantly, in the nane of security deposit, as they sent checked In instruction. What is in the property worth debiting such amount? Now, 5 days after checked out they've not refunded my money! Absolutely appalling - room was filthy, no coffee/tea amenities, no towels, no hot water, shower didn't work, mattress and bed the worst I have ever seen or slept on - an old divan with the wood poking through, old mouldy quilt, pillows and blankets under the mattress to attempt to make more comfortable I guess - this didn't work - I still woke the following morning with chronic back ache and the worst night's sleep ever!!! Was advertised as a restaurant with full facilities - no restaurant and the bar closed at 2030 despite locals requesting further drinking time. This venue needs to be removed from Booking.com - false and untrue advertising and will give booking.com a bad name. Very nice host.
Very nice host. Clean, quiet and cozy room on the first floor, facing the garden. Close to Heathrow airport. Paid transportation offered by the host from and to the airport. The place was perfect for one night stay before our cruise. Great communication with the host before and after our stay. Ate in the neighborhood at one of the recommended places. Quiet area with very nice people.

Showers were very poor and uncleaned. Room 1 should be removed until it has been refurbished especially the bed and toilet area. Room 2 was okay and the bed was comfortable and had clean bed linen but the public shower was a disgrace and should be cleaned daily. This area needs to be cleaned and repaired. The shower appeared to have no cold water so beware. A quiet place generally and good car parking on site. shops etc close by. Please stay away from it It said free airport shuttle service, I had to pay 34 pounds up front to book a taxi. The charged me 50 pounds to clean the room after they said we smoked their , which we didn't, the sent a photo of a coffee table with smoking stuff on it, it wasn't our room. The bed was a cheap one, every time we move the noise woke us, so please if u want somewhere to sleep stay away from this place.bernadethUnited Kingdom

Dog friendly a great plus! Breakfast ranges from continental to full Monty British bfast with other cooked options between. Coffee soso. Smaller hotel so more inimate, comfortable rooms and ours had balcony with view of park. Restaurant with tasty menu options and full bar in house.
