Lovely peaceful village, and an ideal base for cyclists or walkers. Very little, if any flat terrain here though..!! You are either going uphill, or down. Typical Scottish Borders... 😊 Extremely quiet area, but the silence most of the time, is quite literally 'Golden'....!! Very hard to fault from our visits there recently..Peter - 10Scored 10
The apartment was just like a home from home.
The apartment was just like a home from home. Everything we needed for our stay was there. A fully equipped kitchen, with pans, utensils, crockery, cutlery, cups, glasses and plates, oh and a bottle of fizz in the fridge. Beautiful clean bedding and plenty of space to hang clothing, a lovely clean shower room with fresh towels. A lovely comfy sitting room, a front and back garden. Absolutely perfect in every way

Beautiful accommodation with views from our room. We had a good nights sleep, lovely food and the staff were very welcoming. Only thing not so good was the WiFi which was intermittent and downstairs only.

Morebattle village is very pretty and well looked after,...
Morebattle village is very pretty and well looked after, well maintained. The villagers are very friendly too. There is a local shop too which is basic but has the essentials in. The surrounding countryside is very beautiful and not far from Kelso, Melrose, Jedburgh, Selkirk, Galashiels.SarahUnited Kingdom
