Fantastic staff. Great breakfast, lots to choose from with hot food ordered from the menu. Atmospheric restaurant. Spacious room. Very comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Dock area and city centre walkable. Cargo seafood restaurant a few minutes walk away (lovely).

Great location Nice and clean stay lovely. Air con. Only downside is u have to use 2 different lifts to access all floors. Didn’t bother us at all. Exceptional value for money. Right in the heart of Liverpool.

I thought the breakfast was great. Fresh food and drinks. Helpful staff and i enjoyed my breakfast. I could leave my bag near reception desk after check out and pick it up later in the day. The reception staff were very helpful and look forward to go again.

Great hotel with a lot of history, staff very welcoming, fast service. The hotel has plenty of parking with free validation at reception. Only 5 minutes drive from Liverpool airport, There is a large choice of eateries across the road. Rooms are large enough for a family of 4, beds very comfy.

    Fantastic city for a two or three day trip, or longer. Very walkable plus a metro and buses. Dock area very spacious. Shops all in one main area. Lark Lane nice for a wonder and some food/drink then walk through Sefton Park. Beautiful old buildings through the city (especially the waterfront area).

    Stayed for 4 nights, plenty to explore, Liver building is great. Lots of museums, great food and bars in Albert dock. Great bus city explorer and ferry on the Mersey. Brilliant shopping and the Beatles story and the cavern.

    Fabulous city the history is amazing it’s been through a lot and always bounced back well deserved everyone should take a trip there so many interesting places and people not just all about the music . I’ll be back again soon . So many to choose places to eat bars to drink in , walks bus , boat trips all at a good price . Very easy city to get around .

    This trip was for a convention at the M & S Bank Arena but we also visited "Beyond Van Gogh" at the Liverpool Exhibition Centre too. Great facilities, loads of shops and restaurants, great transport links and plenty of parking. The Beatles Experience is very good as is the Museum of Slavery. There are boat trips on the river too and it's not far from several west coast holiday resorts with beaches. I really like Liverpool.

    Location was excellent right in the city centre. Reception staff were very friendly and check in was quick The apartment and bathroom were spotless. Very good shower. The kitchen with microwave fridge freezer and dishwasher were an added bonus. I have stayed in other hotels in Liverpool but this is the best and I will return.

    This is a superb location both for the excellent Liverpool One shopping complex, but also for the historic Albert Docks. Breakfast offered an exceptionally wide choice of cooked and continental dishes. Very good quality coffee too. The receptionist who booked me in was one of the best I have come across in any hotel.

    The hotel is in a great location to access Liverpool city centre. It's near the docks, Beatles Museum, Maritime Museum and others, while only a short walk to the central shops, bars and restaurants. The staff were really friendly and the room was lovely and clean and quiet.
