When I arrived I was given a free room upgrade that I wasn't expecting. The room was clean and very comfortable, with both a bath and a shower, which I really appreciated. I used the pool and the steam room. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a large variety to cater for all tastes.

We didn’t come to stay at the hotel because you couldn’t give us the twin beds I requested when I booked the room.
The email message after I paid said couldn’t guarantee one and would need to upgrade on arrival if available. Not what I booked and paid for.

Great mid century styling - they've done a superb job of keeping so much of the original details and matching the new stuff to it. Sizeable room, good location, friendly staff.

It is a nice hotel, I really liked it (as I mentioned in my public review). They’ve upgraded my room, it was very spacious, warm and cosy. Cleanliness could be much better, also bad that they don’t check if things are out of order. Would like to come back and try spa (looked very tempting!). Parking is very convenient, territory around is pretty (sadly didn’t have enough time to check it all).
Good location for us. The bar snacks available late afternoon were excellent. We were out at a function for dinner.
We didn't ask the question but our guess is that this hotel has changed hands recently and is in the process of being restored / redecorated. There weren't many guest as far as we could tell, and not many staff, enough to handle the number of guests. The staff also seemed relatively inexperienced. I think things will improve dramatically over the coming months.
We went for a wedding half of the rooms had no hot water throughout our stay . Reception staff very rude and unhelpful , however wedding planner lovely and great event . It was the hotel staff who let it down and quality of rooms
Everything. Staff very friendly and helpful, the menu is not diverse but every meal is cooked to perfection, the hotel grounds are beautiful. All in all, a wonderful stay.
We will definitely come back.
The check in staff were excellent (Paul) very helpful and efficient, and a great welcome to the hotel. The layout was good, big car park with lots of space and location easily accessed.
My stay at Brandon Spa Hotel in Coventry was a peaceful retreat from the hustle of everyday life. The ambiance was serene, offering a tranquil atmosphere perfect for relaxation.
The hotel itself is a beautiful property with period features. Bar area was nice. Staff friendly and helpful when I had to change 1 of the rooms. Breakfast was good.
The room rate was good and the hotel is in beautiful surroundings. The room was OK although they certainly had missed the collection of cobwebs in the window.
