Facilities, the buffet breakfast (not included), the airport shuttle. My family loved the in-room massages and we appreciated the splitting of the rooms in the suite (2 twins in one side, 1 queen on the other with their own bathrooms). It was perfect for our family set-up. The staff were always so courteous and helpful; I wish they had an indoor space instead of being out in the open because they were so gracious even in that burning heat.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. We were going thru Coron and not there for a long stay. The staff was great. They arranged a van to the airport for 250 php ( about $5) per person which is very reasonable. I like that it’s on a quiet street! But very walkable to everything.

It was beautiful and peaceful! It was perfect distance from the hustle and bustle from the down town but still okay distance to take a trike to go out for dinner in the evening. The service was good!

We had medical emergency and had to cancel..it was really a traumatic experience, however the hotel management understood this and they made a refund. I can not believe how helpful they were and how fast they have acted. When we visit Coron again, we will make sure to go here, because if they were so helpful in this scenario I can only imagine how amazing they are towards their guests during the stay.

I like that it's a fairly good hotel. It's decently clean, there's a pool with a bar, breakfast is always nice to wake up to, and has good people in their staff, but there's much room for improvement. I think it is fair that I elaborate on my favorite part of our stay. I loved breakfast (included in our stay) on the top deck. There's always a nice breeze there, nice view of the hills, and the staff is always friendly and pleasant. I think the breakfast is very generous because there's more than cereal and bagels here! There's rice, Filipino breakfast staples like tocino and tapa. There's fruits and dumplings, too. And, they would make you personalized omelets on the spot. There's also fruit juices and plenty of coffee. Yummy!
