Staffs were very courteous. Showed me the bus shuttle service chart immediately during check in. Location was excellent. 4 mins walk to Aeon and nearby eateries. Our flight ETD was 9.40am. Took the earliest bus @6.15am and reached Chitose Intl airport at 6.30am sharp. Booked 2 twins and 1 double. Twin rooms are bigger than the latter. Provide nice coffee fr machine near counter. Very pleased with our stay on our last night at Hokkaido....

Chitose is just a small little place to spend a night or two for international connecting flights &/ domestic flights . It is a pleasant little place to get away from the hustle & bustle of the city!

Chitose was just a stopover for us to get from Niseko back to our country. The airport has more than enough entertainment to occupy us. It gave us a chance to do some last minute souvenir shopping and also buy bento boxes to eat on the plane.

The only reason we stayed in Chitose was to take the bus up to Lake Shikotsuko. We didn't do any hiking, so a half day was plenty for this part. There aren't many dining options in Chitose if you are on foot (we traveled by train), and very little in the way of other attractions in town. It seems to be mainly a convenient place to stay after you fly in from the nearby airport.

It is inconvenient to check in, the heating is not warm enough, it is difficult for us to fall asleep at night. There is no restaurant nearby, and the transportation is inconvenient. I will not make a reservation next time.

We had to travel to Chitose as we needed to fly out from New Chitose Airport. Nonetheless, we decided to stay here for 2 days to visit Lake Shikotsu & the airport for it offers many attractions. We really enjoyed the lake (very scenic!) and the airport - Royce Choc Factory, Doraemon Waku Waku Skypark etc. We got around Chitose in a rental car and the free shuttle the hotel provided. There were also plenty of souvenirs available at the airport for some last minute shopping.

Very close to airport, as well as several ski stations. it is cheaper than Sapporo city, and even if it does not have as many restaurants and places to visit as a big city may have, there are plenty of restaurants, parks and duty free malls and is very quiet place.
The facility and the room were both very modern and easy to use. The room we booked were a little pricy but it was worth the money. The beds were very comfortable, aircon was stable, and sound control was done very nicely. From the window, we could see the airplanes/fighter jets taking off and landing, which added to the excitements during the stay. We also enjoyed the hot spring bath.
It was within the airport terminal building so shops were easily accessible without having to go out to the winter cold!
Super convenient location, just 1 mins walk from the train station.
Because I have to transit a morning flight, so I picked the nearest hotel with reasonable price. Chitose is closed to airport, 7 minutes by train and taxi to airport only cost around ¥1500 -2000.
The hotel is clean, the size is good enough, the windows can be opened (that I like much).
There are many restaurants around, walking around 10 mins.
The breakfast is basic and ok...not to expect too much with this price.
Very close to airport, free airport shuttle in the morning. Front desk staff was very nice upon checking. Room is very small, which was fine for just an overnight stay before our flight the next morning. The bed itself was just a double, kinda small for my husband and I to get a good sleep but i think thats how most rooms are for this price so we couldn't complain much. Very nice bathroom amenities.
We stayed here prior to a flight from Chitose airport. We had our own car and there was plenty of parking available. Shops/restaurants a short drive away. The appartment was massive and highly recommend for big groups. 3 seperate bedrooms each with 2 x double beds. Sooo much storage and big spacious living area and kitchen. Very clean, will definately stay again.
It sounds crazy but the lighting in the property is amazing, as is the on-site onsen! It’s dark and super relaxing as well as pretty empty so it’s the quietest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. For multi day trips in Hokkaido, I really recommend staying here the night before you depart, it’s in the airport so super convenient and absolutely relaxing.
about 500 m to the train station. Easy access to the airport and sapporo station. Very convenient stay for those who plan to fly back early in the morning. Can take train or the bus which is just a just few steps from the hotel. Seven eleven too just next to the hotel. Will stay again in future.
Easy access from within the Airport. The airport has many restaurants and even an onsen that's easy to walk to.
Note that if you're going to Niseko via the White Liner bus the pickup area is near the hotel entrance as well. Very convenient.
Breakfast is great. Have restaurant nearby. Parking right outside the hotel. Have indoor smoking room at grd floor to escape from the cold. Overall great hotel near airport. I will book again if need to stay in chitose.
Very nice hotel, 20 minutes by bus from the airport. Hotel was clean and the room was comfortable for us as family of four. Nice staff , very helpful. There is free coffe in the lobby which was very nice.
Very near from train station and walking distance to a shopping mall. Good price with breakfast and free shuttle bus to airport but must early booking for your departure time.
We just needed a night’s stay after a long day of flying so the location was great as it was within the airport terminal. The sofa bed was made out for us upon checkin.
