Both my wife and myself were on a short vacation. We were welcomed by Ms.Urmila at reception desk. Despite a holiday rush she personally showed us the room and explained the features of the property. Since we were on navratri fast. Chef Girish (Dinner time) and Chef Vishal (breakfast time) personally came to our table to understand and served us with Navratri food as per our requirement.

The only thing was the Restaurant Asst. Manager Vivek. He really supported in breakfast food service personally after a bad serviced dinner due to a party going on at the restaurant. The regular staying guests were ignored.
