See is a wonderful family ski resort with the option of a short drive to Kappl and Ischgl. Other large resorts are only 45 mins away. There are a number of good restaurants and hotel restaurants and bars. The main gondola is in the centre of the village and takes you up to a snow sure ski area. The run back to the village is an excellent red.

If you want to ski in different ski areas, See is perfect.
If you want to ski in different ski areas, See is perfect. First day we skied in St. Anton, then in Ischgl, on the last day Fiss-Ladis. See has a perfect location for the not so long ride to this ski areas. It is small, but comfortable. Edelweiss is perfect, clean modern, big and very nice- The owners are very nice and helpful.

See is a beautiful little town, and the local bus can be hopped on in See, to take you to any of the other towns and through the surrounding mountainous region. I came during the “low” season (in August), when there are few tourists. So, some restaurants and Cafés were closed, but still it was beautiful. Does not have a restaurant in the traditional sense, instead they will prepare specific meals each day (which ends up being very cheap for the guest, compared to a regular restaurant spend). These meals were delightful, and included a soup, a main meal, a salad and a dessert. Excellent value, especially with summer season prices. House is located 5 mins walking from ski lift in See, all needed facilities are around the corner. We highly recommend!
