Basic hotel that I used for a stop-over. Considering the location (nothing to see or do) the price of the hotel was steep. Check-in lady/owner was friendly. Breakfast staff was great, like restaurant staff, and made good basic breakfast with coffee. Free parking behind. Option for paid chinese buffet which seemed to be popular in the evening.

I’m really satisfied with my stay. Hotel is dog friendly with fair price for stay with dog. Staff was super nice and helpful. Room is big, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is served early in the morning, what is great if you have planned trips or hiking. Hotel also has own parking on site for free. Once again, I thank the hotel staff for their good services.

My fourth stay in this hotel. The first two rated 10, the third one rated 1 due to very cold room upon arrival with no heating. This time, I made a mistake and booked a room from 15/3 to 16/3. Found out upon arrival on 14/3, lucky to be able to rebook. However, the hotel did not refund the initial booking. Enjoy my money. You are a good hotel, but you have just lost a client who could stay regularly while crossing lustenau twice a month.

Bathroom was exceptionally clean, comfortable and well lit ( something that is a big problem in most other hotels). Breakfast was great and location is absolutely fantastic- easy walking distance from station and incredibly close to the car rail town square

The gentleman on reception was very welcoming and helpful. The room was large with a balcony. Secure parking was available. Our evening meal was delicious, and the waitress who served us was exceptionally good at her job, spoke English very well and had a great sense of humour. Breakfast was excellent.
