Staff at the front desk and helping with luggage are exceptionally friendly and go out of their way to welcome you.
We had breakfast included which you have in the 6th Zocalo balcony restaurant with its spectacular view of the Zocalo.
The Cafe Central on the ground floor provides free snacks and beverages all day in addition to the fridge of free water and apples on each floor.
Our room on the 5th floor was quiet, very clean and lovely. The camerista was very friendly and left candy on the pillow each day which is a nice touch.
I can't compare with the other comparable hotels around the Zocalo in terms of pricing and service but we really liked this hotel.
