A beautiful and peaceful haven. Close by to a beautiful and quiet beach . Lovely beachfront restaurants. Beautiful surroundings. Train station easily accessible. Lovely promenade walk to both Monaco and Menton .
Stunning views, clean, quiet, beautiful beaches, lovely old castle village with amazing restaurants. Lots of vertical walks/hikes. Many public transportation options, train & bus to Monaco, Nice, Menton. Loved the area very much.
Italian restaurant on the beach near the train station is very good!
Ubers & Taxis are very difficult to get- choose the most expensive Uber option and you might get one to come.

I love this area of the South of France.
I love this area of the South of France. You can walk right around the cape to Monaco, with plenty of places to stop and sunbathe or just take in the view. You are very close to Menton which has everything that anyone could need. There are plenty of restaurants and bars. If you don't mind walking, plenty of places are easy to reach and if you don't fancy driving the whole of the coast line can be accessed by train.

We chose Roquebrune to be close to Menton where we participated in the Feast Of Lemons. Food is good as in most of France but prices were a little higher than usual due to the festivities. Walking to Menton along the sea shore was sensible, healthy and secure.

The good thing about Le Roquebrune hotel is that it is on the bus route and it has great views. It is not close to any shops or restaurants. The sisters who run the hotel were very pleasant. Unfortunately we had booked Le Levant room which has a curtain separating the bedroom from the tiny bathroom and the bed is only accessible on one side as it is against the wall. I'm afraid it was not to our liking and although we had paid 350 euros for 2 nights in advance, we checked out.

Right on the sea. Variety of restaurants but you have to ask or look. 3 blocks from the train that was my main mode of transportation. Great walking! I am a big reader and adequate light is important. It was great! Clean clean clean. I was in the room awake about 30 minutes per day, so it was really perfect. I was by myself and felt very safe..
Alain is a super host. He is very responsive and accurate with the details of the operations of the apartment. Everything was walking distance, groceries, restaurants, beach, even the town of Menton was close by. Apartment is equipped nicely and spacious. The plus was the parking available. We enjoyed it very much, hope to go back there soon.
I liked that the kitchen was stocked up on utensils and that there was toilet roll in the bathroom. I loved the terrace and the sofa bed. The location was amazing. About 5 minutes from the beach and train station. Restaurants along the beach. A supermarket near the train station and pizzerias across the road. Perfect for a short stay!
Location location location. Nothing can compare with this castle-turned-hotel. A tour through this wonderland will remain in our hearts forever. Views to die for. History is phenomenal - 14th century! Dining was remarkable, and the ambiance will remain in our minds and hearts forever!
The apartment hotel is in a good location 5 minutes from the stone beach, pool on the roof is warm and nice for kids although it closes at 19:00. Apartments are fairly modern, clean, we liked the "baby package" - baby bed, bath and a stroller.
Great location, 5 minutes to the beach. Lots of restaurants close by. Well appointed and clean and comfortable. Great communication from the owner. Secure car parking at the rear of the apartment which was really great for two motorcycles.
-Exceptional clean room with the best view in Roquebrun
-Room with great facilities
-Very close to the beach
-Nice efficient staff that made check in and check out really easy
Probably the best hotel I ever stayed at!!!
The apartment was clean and had all what we needed. It is a few minutes walk to the train station and the same to the beach. A lot of restaurants are nearby. We had a very pleasant stay and will return again.
Wonderful find! We loved this hotel. Fantastic location, great value, great staff, really nice chic boutique feel. Absolutely loved it and would absolutely stay here again!!
Concierge service personnel were superb. We made extensive use of them for transportation and restaurant recommendations.
The hotel was beautiful and conveniently located.
Close to the railway station, but not intrusively. Close to beach and restaurants and bars. The beach at the far end of the bay is more sandy than the local end
The hotel is well located. Near to the beaches. I stayed at the hotel out of season.
Great value for money. I would definitely consider it for my next stay.
Quiet hotel with pleasant staff. The location is perfect in a little place of the old city with a wonderful view on the sea and on Monaco. To recommend.
