We stayed in Hotel Bazzoni in May 2024 for 1 night to visit Lake Como. Rooms are good, renovated and in good condition. Rather expensive for such level of hotel, but the location is most convinient. It is 5 min walk to Villa Carlotta and 10 min drive to Villa del Balbianello.
Villa Edy is set in a quiet spot of Tremezzo, less than 5 minutes' walk from the western shores of Lake Como. It offers an outdoor swimming pool, and a panoramic porch where breakfast is served.

The hotel was very cozy and well-maintained, it looked even better than in the pictures. We really enjoyed the view of the lake. There’s a beautiful street leading from the hotel to the lake. The staff was very kind and helpful, we’ll definitely be coming back. The price was also great. I think Tremezzo is a great town to stay in to explore Lake Como. It’s beautiful there, and you can get around by boat for a low price.

Our room was available early to check-in. The pool was beautiful and refreshing on some hot days. Having access to a washing machine was great. The apartment itself was spacious and the terrace out front was nice. Good that there was a bar and food available on site as it was a way out of Tremezzo.

Everything was very clean, the bed was comfy, the parking was great and the area was quiet. There was a coffee maker and plenty of coffee capsules and the door to the flat seems very sturdy. Also, the window shutters and the curtains help turn the room quite dark which some people will prefer.
All in all, it's certainly a nice enough place, spacious and well furnished and equipped and the garden even offers a view across the lake.
Offering a garden and garden view, La Casetta is situated in Tremezzo, 2.9 km from Villa Carlotta and 27 km from Generoso Mount.

Everything about Villa Lina is exceptional. The Villa has been renovated to an exceptionally high quality. We had a stunning suite with an amazing view of the lake and a very comfortable bed. The service is very attentive and Lina provides a wonderful home-cooked spread for breakfast in the morning. I'm not surprised the this Villa is mentioned in Conde Nest Traveller magazine as one of the best places to stay in Lake Como!

Great view of the lake and a very friendly host! Location just a few steps from public transport and a short walk from Villa Carlotta. Great neighborhood, not yet swarmed with one day tourism, if you walk away from the main road, and full of wonderful local cuisine. It's only a pitty that Aquadulza Restaurant was still closed when we visited.
The building is historical, with old floors, doors and windows - really charming and very authentic.
We would definetely recommend this place to anyone who wants to immerse in the old Italian ambience!

Tremezzo was a great location to use as a base to enjoy the more famous towns nearby. Staying here meant that we were out of the hustle and bustle when we came back to the hotel. It was possible to find free parking near the ferry stop. In this area, when the parking spot lines are white--the parking is free. When they are blue--one must pay and often has a time limit.

Tremezzo is a perfect gateway for a city escape.
Tremezzo is a perfect gateway for a city escape. We drove around the entire lake and realized that Tremezzo’s view is indeed the most impeccable while the convenience is still there. Compare to other small towns alongside lake Como, Tremezzo is in connection with nearby towns that has more than enough stores for shopping, groceries, laundromat, banks, eatery, and views (Tremezzo too has sufficient stores that support a longer holidays). I do recommend driving here.

If you are on foot, this is perfect. If you are looking for a base to explore the area by car this is a disaster as there is no parking but then again I dont think there is anything in Lake Como that is not 10x more expensive that comes with free parking. You are better off going to Lake Garda or Maggiore

A beautiful place on the lake with bus and ferry stops and a lovely local park, ideal for picnics and swimming in the amazing lake. There are restaurants and bars nearby and the Villa Carlotta is well worth a visit. Tremezzo is a great base to explore Como.

Stunning landscape.
Stunning landscape. Absolutely beautiful, but I hated driving around Tremezzo and Lake Como, I would stick to the speed limits and locals would overtake on blind bends. Very stressful. Some excellent food, expensive but worth it, but a lot more occasions poor food overpriced. And my life! there were some very unkempt toilets even in expensive restaurants. Shocking.

Tremezzo is the perfect place to stay on Lake Como for those who want easy access (via ferry) to the most popular destinations, but want to be away from the crowds. The Lake Como Greenway path runs right through town and provides walking access to nearby towns along the west side of the lake including Lenno, where the wedding scene from the Star Wars prequel was filmed. There are several great restaurants in the area, ranging from fairly casual to fine dining.
We were attending a family wedding at Hotel Tremezzo so do this was the perfect location! The views from the living area were just as beautiful as the views from the hotel rooms. the AC’s are actual split units- not portable- and worked great! The stairs are a lot for someone with mobility issues; however, they are broken up between levels. The pool is 2 flights up higher but worth it for the privacy and views (if they would just trim the plants to see even more)😌. We would rent this again!
the property was quiet and out of the way from the busy areas but still very centrally accessible to Mennagio, Bellagio and Varenna with the fast ferry!!
the restaurant was amazing, staff were lovely, pleasant and very helpful. having breakfast with water views watching the sun up over the mountain was spectacular. could not rate this Hotel highly enough. don’t let the 3 star rating fool you, it definitely should be at least 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- Great location for accessing Tremezzo, short walk to both the pier and Main Street of restaurants but quiet enough for little disturbances in the night.
- Huge apartment (2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with one being en-suite, kitchenette and two room living area) - this is great value for money for a group or family
- WiFi strong enough for work calls or streaming
This accomodation has the best views, the facilities are clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay! It was close to the ports where you catch the boats to different towns of Lake Como and its beside the Grand Hotel Tremezzo so you get amazing views as well! It is very clean and the air condition works perfectly!
Spacious apartment with lovely pool overlooking Lake Como. Perfect location, right on the water within walking distance of two ferry stops and right opposite a bus stop. Located in between Villa Carlotta and Grand Hotel Tremezzo, both great to visit! Apartment remained very cool despite being very hot outside!
It takes around one hour from Como S. Giovanni station to arrive at the hotel. However, the hotel is next to the pier to go to other sightseeing places. The room is clean and comfy. The restaurant has a nice view. Breakfast and the staff at the breakfast restaurant are very good.
We returned to Casa Victoria for our family holiday in Lake Como. A cosy traditional house in beautiful Tremezzo. It has everything a family needs and a nice walking distance from the restaurants & coffee places by the lake
Fantastic stay in a beautiful area with a lovely host! Breakfasts were very nice, and the location was great with access to restaurants and boats by a short walk (albeit up and down the beautiful mountainsides.
Everything was splendid. The family running this small and charming hotel were exceptionally kind and personable, also hugely efficient and eager to please. When we return to Tremezzo, we will return to LaPerla.
Breakfast was good! Nice view over the lake. The room was spacious and nice. Parking at the property was very welcomed as it is a pain to park in Termezzio. Very nice place overall!
Lovely villa, located back from tremezzo but easily walkable to nice bars and restaurants (as long as you don't mind a bit of a climb home).. lovely walks close by.
spacious, very clean, terrace with lake view, complete kitchen set, swimming pool, big garage, close to port to cross como lake to bellagio, new building
