The breakfast is very good with a wide variety of options to choose from.
The Tre Leoni is located in Somma Lombardo, 6 km from Milan Malpensa Airport. It offers a pizzeria restaurant open until late, and a transfer service to/from the airport is available on request.

The only good thing I can say about it is that if you come to Milano Malpensa airport late at night they have 24/7 shuttle to hotel that you can arrange if you call them for 10 euros per capita

We had a wonderful lunch at Bar Enoteca. The owners could not have been nicer, and although they spoke little English, we communicated well. The wife made us wonderful sandwiches and her husband pulled out a map of Italy and was telling us about local wines. They were delightful! We had great gelato afterward right across the street but can't.

I'm sure it is a nice place for someone that likes peace, nature, woods, etc, as this place was in the middle of nowhere in from of a dam.
Unfortunately, I needed convenience, and expeditions service as I only need to relax for the night before heading to the airport at 5:00 AM.
Because you are in the woods, there are no restaurants or anything else, and you can only reach this location by car.

It is a small town next to the Malpensa Airport (the main Milan airport).
This place is suitable for flights connections, not really a touristic place to visit unless you are crossing the alps (Switzerland) and you need to stop one night to take a break.

My stay in Somma Lombardo was only overnight as I was flying back to Australia the next day from Malpensa. The village is in an quaint, upscale area with plenty of greenery & some nice restaurants.

This was a beautiful last night in Italy.
This was a beautiful last night in Italy. Our room was not quite ready when we arrived and the very accommodating reception staff offered us beverages and gelato while we waited for a brief time. Staff was exceptionally friendly and was graciously patient with our basic Italian. The location was quiet, relaxing, and authentic (not the least bit touristy). Dinner was the best meal we had in Italy; mozzarella made on the premises from their own cow's milk, vegetables from their garden, steak from cows they had raised. Contrary to other reviews I have read, the prices were unbelievably fair for the quality of the food presented and compared with prices in the city. The accommodations were simple but comfortable. The free shuttle to Malpensa was prompt and efficient. It took less than fifteen minutes to get there.
Family driven business. As per description I got that this is a hotel, but it is more like pension.
It was a bit hard to find them as we arrived late evening and it was terrible rain. But after giving them a call, everything was quickly resolved.
For future I think the host should provide some recommendation, how to find the place in advance by email or message.
A lot of toiletries in the room.
Anyway, guys are tring to do their best. And price very reasonable. We stayed there just one night, so for us it was ok,
It was our first night in Italy and Angela, the owner, arranged our shuttle from the airport. After we settled in, we went to her restaurant for dinner, and it was delicious. The apartment was clean and modern. There was coffee and a simple breakfast in the kitchen for us the next morning. She also took us to the train station the next morning and helped us navigate our first train ride. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I only wished we had stayed longer!
Italian family runs the hotel. The location is very good 7 min slow walking to the train station. Breakfast is very good. if you wanna feel yourself as part of Italian family, feel italian culture, wanna feel yourself like you are in small Italian town this is place for you. it is best choice. I was very glad to meet the family. Franco (father) asks you every morning what would you loike to have for breakfast, extreamly clean place, close to church, to main sighseeings etc.
We loved the location as it was close to Malpensa without having to stay at the airport. We enjoyed checking out a local restaurant in Somma Lombardo for dinner and a cafe for breakfast the following morning. Everything was clean and well-designed in the actual space. The two separate bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms were perfect for us as two couples travelling together. (We were comfortable sharing the kitchen and laundry facilities.) Would love to go back someday!
Excellent experience and communication. The owner helped us to arrange all we needed after our delayed flight landed at Malpensa. Dinner was arranged for us and delivered to Azienda (we paid ourselves obviously for the dinner) and also transport from and to airport was arranged for us for some extra (reasonable) costs. Everything was so smooth-going and we enjoyed our last night in Italy very much.
Beautiful, Cozy Hotel, 10-15 mins away from the Malpensa Airport-Train Station. Shuttle is available to take us back and forth from the Hotel and Airport. Elena, was great, very helpful with any questions and was very accommodating.
I will definitely stay at Giuelìn Malpensa when I return.
Everything was in order, we arrive very late but our driver was there ro wait for us. Very good communication between the driver and the hotel.
Was so clean so comfortably, the room had everything we need.
Very good value for rhe money.
I high recommend it. 👌
The property was stunning, the pictures do not do it justice and the all of the amenities you needed were available to you. The hosts were so lovely, it was very much a home away from home. This is the only place to stay whilst visiting Somma Lombardo.
Close to Malpensa airport, easy to take shuttle to the terminal.
The room is newly remodeled and clean.
The staff response questions quickly, giving instructions on how to get out of the terminal and reach the hotel.
The only good thing I can say about it is that if you come to Milano Malpensa airport late at night they have 24/7 shuttle to hotel that you can arrange if you call them for 10 euros per capita
Perfect place to oversleep before early morning flight or after late landing. Pleasant little garden. Somma Lombardo is a nice sleepy town worth seeing after/before visit of lively Milan.
