The host (Sash) and his staff were wonderful. Nothing was too hard for them and very accomodating. Lovely spacious rooms and the thatched roofs was a nice exotic touch to add to our African experience. The rooms were well cleaned and made up each day. Great English breakfast offered each day. The surrounds and gardens were lovely, nice barbecue and pool area. Very close walking distance (under 200 metres) to supermarket and restaurants.

We left our car in Port Alfred and wanted to use shuttle services but this beautiful woman became our transportation to and from Beacon Bay Hospital.
I came for major operation,but my family are perfectly fine in her care.
I never expected WiFi but it's part of her services.
