The hotel is new, clean, well located - at the main street/ square - there are supermarket, ATM, restaurant, coffee shops, stores , everything nearby. The staff were kind and thoughtful. The breakfast is good, but it is a la carte, I was expecting a breakfast buffet, but maybe the reason is there is not so many guests to keep a buffet.

The hotel is very interesting. Rooms are very authentic and in interesting styles. Staff is very professional and very kind. Everything is clean and managed as supposed to. The food was very fine and delicious but restaurant prices are not very competitive so if you are going to have meals in hotel restaurant bring more cash. Overall very pretty satisfied. The surrounding is kind of there is not much to really see but the lake but there are some places to visit and are not to far, like maybe about 30 minutes ride.

The location is good (not in the centre, but about 10 minutes walk) and the place is nice and quiet. The views of the city are good as well. It's a small three-story building with several rooms and a shared kitchen + dining space with a nice balcony (which is very convenient). The hosts were very nice and quick to respond every time we needed anything and provided us with the necessary information or the things we needed.
