Location was perfect. A stones throw from the peoples square in historic old town and apart from the street cleaners exceptionally quiet at night.
Bathroom was large with large shower, window.
10 times better value and than the other more expensive hotel we stayed at.

Staff are very nice, room and beds comfortable, lots of modular storage in the rooms and even luggage storage if you arrive early or need to drop your bags off.
The restaurant was also very nice with modern features and staff always willing to help. Location wise it's very close to the old town and a large supermarket, and close to several pharmacies also.

The town itself is drab & not for tourists, the old town is nice & work is ongoing with the area looking onto the sea but will be stunning when completed. The restaurants were very similar with pretty much the same menus, not alot of effort put into the visuals of the food & the food & wine was expensive. Some restaurant/shop workers were unhelpful & rude, boat trip was ok. Taxis were expensive but Ubers were nearly 50% cheaper.

Zadar makes it possible to enjoy rich heritage and culture of the town, as well as trips to nearby National parks. For relaxation near the sea and swimming it is worth going to Preko (by ferry, 15 minutes ride)

There are few shops in the city, you have to walk a lot, there are few restaurants and they are expensive. The beach is clean, the beach is stony, not sandy. The old town is pleasant, with many bars and cafes.

Zadar is a beautiful historic city with a lovely old town, seaside promenade, and unique attractions like the sea organ. Getting around is easy on foot. I enjoyed the local seafood and wine. The only downside was the crowds during peak tourist season, so I'd recommend visiting in the shoulder seasons.

Zadar is a very easy city to get around on foot and mainly flat.
The sea organ was amazing, just so different.
People were friendly and the majority of people spoke good English. It has a very Italian influence in their food in the restaurants.
This apartment was the BEST during my journey through Croatia. It locates in a quite peaceful village, but close enough to walk to the bus terminal, large supermarket and beautiful beaches. To the old town, you can take the local bus in front of the bus terminal - #2 takes only 5-10 min. This place has everything required during the stay, and it's really clean. Thanks to Jakov, so kind and gentle host, we could fully relax just like being at my home. If I have a chance to visit Zadar again, definately will stay here!
The hostess Margarita was amazing! She gave me a map of the local area as well as recommendations for sight seeing and food. She arranged a tour to Plitviče National Park where a shuttle picked me up from the hotel.
The breakfast was outstanding and delicious! The room was simple but equipped with air conditioning which was a life saver after a long day of hiking and sight seeing.
The rooms are about 25 minutes walking to get to the old city or a cheap Uber ride.
Overall, fantastic experience!
It is a fairly good hotel, quite standard old Yugoslav style, recently renovated. Quite simple but has adequate amenities. Everything is there, but it is not the greatest quality - which is to be expected, to be fair, based on the price. Breakfast has a good choice and enough sitting area. It is a short walk from the gates of Zadar old town - a pleasant stroll, but probably on the long side if you are with small children.
The breakfast was enough. The dinner was very delicious and the amount was correct.
The staff was very kindly, and helpful.
The view from the sundeck was very nice, and the jacuzzi was great.
We walked to Zadar city center about 30 minutes (on the beachside), but if someone don't like to walk a lot the public transport started in front of the hotel.
We are totally satisfied.
The location of the apartment just in the center of the old town of Zadar. With all the restaurants and shops just downstairs. Big size studio and has AC and kitchen. It was comfortable for me to get changed and move around the old town and get to thr hotel. There was not that noise as i read on other comments, i just closed both windows and slept.
Nice hotel With very friendly service. Delicious breakfast With Fresh local fruits. After breakfast you can enjoy coffee by the lovely pool and beautiful views. Good location, 15 minutes walking from best (in my opinion) beach and 25 from old town. Helpful and funny mr in the reception :) if you wanna come to Zadar i would recommend this hotel.
Andrea is wonderful nice person, she suggested me all place to visit and good restaurant.
The appartement is 5 stars, I recommend to book there, I will come back.
Zadar is nice city for everything, Roman forums, old town, beach, nice natural park, sheap excusion to huge island, restaurants, night life...........
Thank Andrea 😊
This Hotel is a great place. The staff is fantastic very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast was wonderful with some items made from the menu.
The location is a ways from the old town area but still walkable. Will definitely will stay there again.
Great location, amazing views and well kitted out apartment. We enjoyed our stay in Zadar following a busy few weeks visiting Croatia. Nice peaceful place. Property was modern inside with everything we needed. Great views and ideal location for the old town etc
The food was pretty good and the hotel facilities were adequate, plus the price for an all-inclusive stay was hard to beat. The location probably was decent most of the year, a smaller beach to the north of Zadar a little off the beaten path.
it was clean, the staff was friendly, when we stay in 5 star hotels we get a cleaner in every day, the apartment doesn’t get serviced at all but it was ok for us as we were out all day and didn’t stay in the property much.
Very much like that it isn't in the madness that is central zadar. Next door is a good restaurant and down the street is a big grocery store. And the room is very quiet, which seems to be a rare find in Croatia.
Everything was very clean, the apartment was very convenient and well located. The instructions provided before arriving to Zadar were extremely helpful to get to the hotel from the airport.
Excellent boutique hotel in the Old Town near everything you could want in Zadar. Comfortable bed, great shower, freshly cooked breakfast to order and extremely friendly and helpful staff.
The room was modern and clean. You will find everything you need for a comfortable stay in Zadar.
The location is perfect and calm, just a short walk downhill to the old town.
5 stars hotels and all the apartments should take lessons from this place! We were amazed by everything, nothing bad to say. Well done, excellent 10/10!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Incredibly convenient location in the center of Zadar old town, nice and well decorated room. Easy self check-in. Spacious room for two people for few days.
