The included breakfast is only continental, it's an extra £7 for cooked. The location in Hawes is excellent. Top tips: For Dinner options - would highly recommend The White Hart inn but book in advance or we saw that the Chippy across the road had a queue 10 deep prior to opening which says a lot about the place. The Crown Inn's kitchen wasn't open so we were glad we'd booked the White Hart. The local Spar supermarket is only open until 6pm.

Fantastic traditional Yorkshire Inn in an idyllic setting next to the River Wharfe. Great beer, great food (especially the award winning pies made by the lovely Sarah) and a pub atmosphere that you will not find anywhere else, created by the ever-entertaining owner and landlord Ed. It was a delight to stay at Cleveliot House. What an amazing place with 10/10s all round. Excellent location, gardens and brilliant hosts. Breakfast was superb with excellent veg/vegan options. Very dog friendly - the enclosed run-around field was very secure and great fun for the dog. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Very secure parking with remote-control operated gate. We'll definitely be back. We ate at the pub across the road which was also excellent.

While the hosts were lovely it did not suit our age group. Access to the loft bedroom consisted of steps similar to warships. The bathroom was cramed

Beautiful location in a little valley, with a nice pub across the road. The Buck Inn serves lovely food and, in good weather, is a beautiful place to have a pint and immerse yourself in the beauty of the countryside, whilst the sun sets. We went further afield for daytime walks, but the local walks up the hill and also down into the valley by the river were so gorgeous The Snug is spotless and cosy. The mini kitchen was sufficient to prepare breakfast and snacks and keep drinks and dog food cool. The beds were super comfy and the bathroom was small but lovely. It was so nice that we were provided with crumpets, butter, jam, tea and coffee ( I could make a lovely cafetiere using provided coffee which was delish). And there were snacks and treats for our little dog. A small haven with lots of thoughtful touches and an amazing location. Looking forward to returning hopefully sometime soon.
