Isle of Raasay is beautiful and definitely worth the ferry ride. It‘s a great way to combine an overnight stay with a whisky tasting and distillery tour. The 3-course dinner menu at the hotel restaurant as well as the breakfast were delicious. We stayed in room 5 which I guess is the smallest but it has all what‘s required for a short stopover…
The tasting and distillery tour is for obernight guests free, which we did’t know at first but the hotel refunded the prebooked tours… the staff and tour guide were very passionate and friendly. It was a hreat experience! We would recommend it to everyone travelling around isle of skye…

On arrival the lodge was open and ready for us. The cabin is laid out well and the welcome pack is clear .
The view from the door is amazing and to have the access to a laundry room is a great idea. I honestly couldn’t fault the cabin especially at the price and location.
