Wellstone Cottages - Honey Coach House, hotel in Pembrokeshire

Featuring a hot tub, Wellstone Cottages - Honey Coach House is located in Pembrokeshire. This property offers access to a patio, free private parking and free WiFi.

We loved the beautiful location and the honey coach house cottages were excellent for our family to celebrate a 70th birthday party. We all wished we could have stayed longer. Lots of happy memories to treasure and particularly for the children feeding the animals with Lesley who was fantastic with them. Thank you to the hosts who would answer any queries almost immediately. The online guest guide was very informative and has all you need to know.

Pembrokeshire is a lovely place to stay. Newgale having the best beach. Places nearby well worth a visit are the Duke of Edinburgh, Newgale seafront, The Victoria Inn, Roche (3 miles up the road towards Haverfordwest). Saint David's, Whitesands Beach, Cerfai Bay, Porthgain (with the Sloop Inn and the Shed pubs and restaurants). Abereiddi Bay with the Blue Lagoon. Fishguard and Cardigan.

Doing some family history research to make the most of the September heatwave, visited Angle and Castlemartin using Pembroke Dock as a base. As long as you have the bus times to hand, travel around is not that difficult, and taxis will take you (For a price). Angle was a lovely friendly, well spread-out village, with a fascinating church and seaman's chapel, a nice walk round to The Old Point House (pub), great views, a medieval tower house you can (Carefuly!) climb up, another pub, The Hibernia which was very pleasant, fruit and veg sales by the road, and then a good walk down to the beach and the lovely cafe there.

Such a wide variety of places to visit, ranging from busy Tenby to quiet and peaceful Llaugharne - something for everybody to enjoy. We loved the beautiful unspoilt beach of Manorbier, the castle and water mill at Carew ( and lovely cafe), south beach at Tenby and Amroth, not forgetting Colby gardens. A good relaxing holiday shared by the 7 of us.
