The accommodation is very nice, can accommodate 4 people, along with winter/skiing clothes. We made breakfast every morning since the apartment has all the basic amenities you need for making breakfast/dinner. One of the things I liked the most is the hotel spa, which you have to pay extra, but it's more than worth the price! It's spacious, has three saunas, indoor and outdoor hot pool and hot tub, turkish steam room, etc. Also, if you come here for skiing, you will appreciate that the ski pass issuing machine is located straight inside the hotel! The hotel staff, along with Milka - the apartment owner were very polite and responsive before and throughout our stay!

We had a wonderful time with great staff. The manager Alexander made our stay super comfortable. Diana, Maria and all front desk staff was so nice. Ski, horse riding we enjoyed our stay so much. Excellent food in the breakfast and dinner. He offered Serbian delicious wines in the evenings. Rooms are big, bright and clean. Spa is amazing, hot sauna, steam room, indoor pool and jakuzi is what you need after a cold ski day. The most important is when you have any problem, staff is super helpful to solve in a minute. Hotel has a slope just in front of it so you are directly connected to ski slopes. First day we could not use that slope and Alexander arranged the hotel minibus to drive us to the center and bring back us free. It was so nice of them. You can buy skipass in the hotel. You can rent your equipment from the hotel. All are for reasonable prices. When we are leaving they gave us local paste Ajvar and home made marmalade as present :)) We left with great memories... super nice!!! definitaly recommend here to stay and looking forward to come back next year. thank you so much for your great hospitality !!!

Kopaonik is an amazing sought after sunny mountain with lots of snow until end of March, fantastic ski slopes, hotels, restaurants, shops and facilities. Ski slopes are for all levels, probably best suited for families and those who enjoy wide slopes and relaxed skiing ... but there are also few steep black slopes for more extreme skiers.
Kopaonik is beautiful all year around. I prefer Kop during winter, it's magical.

Good food and atmosphere in the restaurants in the centre...
Good food and atmosphere in the restaurants in the centre and at the ski slopes. The ski center is crowded all the time, during working days and especially weekends (January, February and March). Waiting time for the main 6 or 4 seaters to take you up 20-40 min, which is ridiculous. There is no waiting line; the crowd of people are stepping on each other, fighting to get quicker to the lift. Don't bring your own skis (better rent) as they will be damaged from people stepping on them.

Wonderful place for skiing and snowboarders.
Wonderful place for skiing and snowboarders. Excellent local food, nice beers. However, the locals are smoking inside the facility with was a problem for me. Your clothes can smell unpleasantly after being outside for a lunch or dinner. Nacionalna klasa serves the best quality of food in the center of Kopaonik and you would not smell the cigarettes that severely as the other places.

Great place for mid-level skiing, it is big enough, we’ve been there for 5 days and it did not get boring as we changed slopes and got across the whole skiing area exploring. The weather was too warm and some slopes were closed, but still quite many were open.

Some very good slopes but very crowdy (you have to stay in the line 15-20 min to go up every time) and rather expensive (in Belgrade the prices are at least twice lower). Slope maintenance is also not the best.

Unfortunately, Kopaonic is not what it used to be.
Unfortunately, Kopaonic is not what it used to be. In recent years, accommodation capacities have doubled (if not tripled), while the infrastructure has remained the same. That's why skiing in Kopaonic has become a true test of patience. You can wait at least 10-15 minutes up to 30 minutes for each climb. You hardly find locals who speak English and the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. It has become a very crowded resort.
This house looks exactly like on the pictures and has an amazing view. It is cozy and well equipped for a big family or friends to spend a perfect vacation. We were there for skiing and we liked the location very much, because it is not in the busy center of Kopaonik, but if you are with car, it is close to Suncana Dolina lift, which was perfect for us. Hosts were really nice and friendly, being responsive to any questions we were to have. We are looking forward to go back there for another vacation next year.
Very good prices and great location if you don't mind that you have to take the bus or go with your car in a 10min road up to the ski place. (If you go with your car you will be charged entrance fee each time, 300dinar, entering the Kopaonik national park and parking at the ski place was 700dinar per day)
In front of the place there are like 4 parking spots, off season was ok, not sure how it is when busy.
We liked the spa and pool which are included in the price.
Excellent communication with the hosts before and during the stay. The room had everything we needed, was warm and comfortable and had a very nice view over the resort. Our hosts were helping us with indications regarding ski rentals and restaurants and they have offered us home made pastries as a surprise in one of the evenings. The villa has its own parking places - something to take in consideration in Kopaonik.
The location of the hotel is perfect for skiers. It's next to a slope. The staff is nice, they are friendly and helpful. When we arrived they took our luggage, the skies (the hotel has a separate place where you can store your ski equipment, this is a big bonus if you have your skis with you), and they also have ski rental. The food was good, the hotel was warm and cosy, a perfect place for a mountain stay.
We really loved the apartment.. It’s new, clean, cozy and has everything you need. We visited Kopaonik with the kids, so this apartment was very convenient and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely come back in a winter time and teach our kids to ski here 😊 Slopes are really near, and having a parking space is super convenient.
Beautifull wooden style house as from fairy tail, placed in calm area but still close to supermarket and restaurants. Very well connected with the Kopaonik ski center with ski bus nearby. Provides great experience with private open air jakuzzi and private sauna. Very kind owner is always available to help with anything.
- clean and cosy apartment with everything you need
- comfy bed and good furniture with more than enough storage space
- warm appartment even with turned off heaters
- very close to the ski slopes, easily reachable by foot
- spa was great, pool ok
- in-house restaurant was good
- underground garage was best
I have never seen such a lovely hotel owner. She and her husband were very friendly and helpfully people. All the staff in the room are brand new.It is a new hotel. I think the one of the biggest advantage is having a comfy private parking place which is very important in Kopaonik. Briefly,I liked it
The rooms were clean, very warm, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable.Swimming pool and quad are close. I recommend driving quad at the end of trail you can see a doe. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kopaonik.
Еxcellent and varied food. The hotel is located in the a little further from the ski center, but there are free bus tickets available to the ski center, and it can be reached by car in 10 minutes. The spa was great, especially the jacuzzi.
Excellent location, cozy environment. Beautiful nature and great connections with Kopaonik Ski resort.
Stuff is pleasant, rooms are clean and warm.
Hotel is old but in good condition with lot of options for enjoy (spa, massage, sports etc).
Great new apartment close to the ski center of Kopaonik. Very comfy bed. The Spa is nice and directly in the basement of the same Building. Very good price for 2 persons and good value for money. We would gladly come back.
Simply the best. One of the oldest high class hotel on Kopaonik that kept highest level of service and remodern all of facilities. refurbished rooms, excellent services, clean and elegant. Garage makes your life easy.
- Good location
- We arrived ahead of check-in time and we were checked in
- Great view from the terrace
- The ski bus stops near the hotel
- All the necessary equipment is present and working
Exceptionally clean and pleasant hotel. The staff were friendly and kind. This is a perfect weekend getaway destination, and Gorski hotel has everything you might need on such occasion.
I was born in Serbia. I came with my family to visit Kopaonik mountaun. It was wonderful experince. Apartman was super nice, I liked very much. Hope I will be back there soon again.
