Hotel’s location is its greatest advantage. Right in the Protaras city centre, short walking distance from one of the best beaches in Cyprus, good supermarket just across the road. The area is full of cafes, bars and shops. Everything is well lit, so feels safe in the evening. Despite the surroundings, it was very quiet in my room and I was able to have a good sleep. Bed was comfortable with good supporting pillows. Room was clean, but had strange chemical smell when I just arrived, probably from cleaning supplies that were used. I was able to air it out fast enough. There were tea/coffee supplies and kettle, plus complementary bottle of water. The great surprise was breakfast which I didn’t think I was getting when I booked the room. It had a nice selection of traditional hotel foods mixed with Cypriot dishes. Everything was fresh and tasty.

I went to Protaras for work. I didn't like it. It is touristic and of poor quality in general. You don't feel like you are in Cyprus; it's just a resort. Many waiters and assistants in restaurants and stores are foreigners, and they don't speak a word of Greek!

This a very touristic place.
This a very touristic place. I was there 2 times, both in low season. In November the town is almost dead - no tourists, so, it is difficult to find a place to eat, but if you know where, it is a nice time to visit. The prices goes lower, beautiful beaches, nice hotels with spa. Highly recommend to visit in October-November.

An area that seems more British than Greek and sadly mostly closed up at the beginning of November apart from the pubs. The beaches are good with great swimming and snorkelling but extremely busy. Restaurants were generally disappointing although search hard and there are a few hidden taverns and coffee shops. Most buildings are concrete (not stone as in the villages, new build type), roads and transport links are good.

Great place for families or 30+ people.
Great place for families or 30+ people. It has plenty of good bars and restaurants but no under 30 craziness. You can get a drink at 2am but without any idiots. Never saw a drunk or out of control group in my 4 weeks there. If you want crazy go to Ayia Napa.
You want fun, friendly, beaches and a good evening life, go to Protaras.

Fantastic place, lots of bars, restaurants, good food,...
Fantastic place, lots of bars, restaurants, good food, lively bars and some slightly quieter. Sports on at some of the bars for football etc. Some tribute acts (although not my thing) Elvis, Cher, Meatloaf etc etc etc.
Jokers square had a live band on most nights playing rock music, great bar, great food also and a friendly welcome.
Cheers bar brilliant for drinks and breakfasts, owner very friendly and great staff, inside area (you'll need it during the hot days) and an outside area for evening with live entertainments on some times.
Lots of other bars we enjoyed but cannot remember the names sorry.
There is a small bar on the beach that serves drinks in real melon and pineapple shells called the rising beach bar which is brilliant for a drink after a day at the beach.
Also a place called Zorbas which does great food and drinks, well worth a visit (near Fig Tree Bay-ish)
The whole area from end-to-end is about 1 mile walk (maybe less) so no need for transport really, however taxis are very expensive if you need to use them (sore knee so we used them a few times) circa 10 euros for what was about a 1 mile journey!
You can jump on a bus to Ayia Napa if that's your thing, I don't know how much though, but they are quite frequent.
We loved the place, but we have been 7 times!!

During my visit, my favorite places were the beach and the main street. I dined at the restaurants located along the main street. Navigating around Protaras was very easy. As for my next visit, there's nothing I would specifically avoid.
The food, the staff, the premises, the view, the location, the hospitality, the pool with live shows, etc. It was just amazing, it made our honeymoon so special.
Also the theme dinner buffet nights are generous, tasty and come at a good price.
The location is super convenient, very close to the beach, as well as, to the Protaras main road where you can find very good restaurants and shops. There is also a supermarket and a pharmacy directly next to the hotel.
We highly recommend this place for any young couples or families with children.
We really enjoyed our holiday at this hotel. Very clean, staff are great, very good variety of food is and we were well served from everyone. We were on all inclusive and we ate and drink as much as we wanted, we also ate pizzas, burgers, nuggets, chips and ice cream between meals. The bar at the reception area will served us till midnight with a smile, and they offer the best cocktails ever (grass hopper cocktail is the best 😉) the bar tenders are great and very friendly. Location is very good too. Highly recommended!!!
A great hotel right on the beach. Could do with new carpeting and a pick of paint internally.
Beds comfy, view good. Needs some sort of gate to stop people walking in and using sunbeds. Also towels were out on sunbeds by 6.30am. This should be stopped. Only went B&B
but food.was ok, pool bar was good and prices reasonable. The hotel is right in The middle of The Strip in Protaras with great bars, restaurants and beaches on the doorstep. I would stay there again.
The hotel is super nice, rooms are clean and spaceous. We had towels changed regulary and every day cleaning of the room.
Pool is perfect and a beatuiful small beach is a 2min walking distance from the hotel.
We had late check out option and since we were travelling with a baby it was more than convinent! Besides, every part of the hotel is adjusted for a trolley, amazing!
The manager arranged us even the airport taxi!.
We will definitely come back!
Best accomodation in Cyprus. We were lucky to find this beautiful apartment available during our stay in the beginning of March 2023 (off-season).
Beautiful winter garden, panoramic sea view.
Apartment is well equipped.
Only few metres to the sea.
Protaras is a lively place during the touristic season, but Cyprus offers many other places to visit.
Agia Napa is very close (15 min).
Self check in was very easy. No problem if you arrive at night.
Nice place to stay in Protaras. First line from the best beach of Protars. Location is really perfect. Also the city center is just 200 meters away. Hotel has a lot of comfortable sunbeds in front of beach and near the pool.
Food on the breakfast and at dinner is enough different and quality. I like different menu type for dinner for every weekday (Mexican, Japanize, Cyprus and so on).
Pool was clean and not overcrowded, when we have stayed.
Absolutely amazing hotel! Rooms were modern, clean and beds comfy. The water park was really good for the kids. After visiting quite a few hotels in Cyprus the food was by far the best we’ve had, really tasty and lots of choice. The staff were really friendly and the kids entertainers were beyond amazing! The kids loved them and they always put loads of activities on for all ages. We can’t wait to visit again.
The hotel was located in a quiet area, away from the night buzz. The apartment was old fashion, but clean and well equipped. Very good water pressure in the bathroom. The beach it is far away from the hotel. We`ve never been to the closest beach, as we had a car, so we traveled to Protaras and Ayia Napa. The owner and the staff were kind and helpful.
Location is great: it's right on the shoreline but not on the beach, so you get to enjoy the breeze and the view without the noise of all the stuff happening on the beach. Protaras beach (arguably, the best beach in Cyprus) is literally 100m away. Rooms are good in size. Breakfast is good.
The hotel's restaurants by the sea is pretty nice.
The apartments were located near the center of protaras and the Vrissaki beach. Everything is close even a taxi point. The personal was really helpfull and friendly. They offered us to pay for breakfest in Vrissaki Beach Hotel wich is 30m from apartments. We definitely recommend and we are planning to turn back next session.
It’s a very nice recently renovated apartment in the center of Protaras, close to the beach and to the bars, restaurants, shops and bus stops. Check in and check out were easy and the apartment was well equipped and regularly cleaned. All good! 👌
Alessandro has a very nice apartment, the location is great and very quiet, the view is stunning and we will definitely recommend it further on.
If we will come back to Cyprus, we will want to stay again at the same place.
I can not fault this resort. The staff are all exceptional. we extended our stay as we enjoyed it so much and upgraded to all inclusive which was one of the best choices of foods we have tried in a hotel. 5 star all round.
This classy hotel is one of the best in Cyprus. Everything is new and high decorated. Staff is so helpful, there are a lot of British.
Food is always fresh. Spa procedures are worthy to try.
I'm inspired by this place
Simply the best hotel in Protaras. It offers reasonably priced accommodation with lots of extras you'd expect at a 5-start hotel.
+ Breakfast
+ Comfy bed
+ Great pool
+ Great beaches are all walkable
The hotel is very close to the nice small beach. It has big dining room and sleeping room, very big balcony. There is a small restaurant on the beach, where the nice couple serve delicious home meal.
This place is right next to Fig Tree Bay beach. It is the best beach in Cyprus and probably in all of Europe! Konnos Beach is also close. Nice flat. Great value for money. Thank you!
Beautiful hotel, friendly staff eager to please guests. Easy access to downtown Protaras, just 15 minutes walking. Quiet and awesome sea views. Must visit :)
