Nice clean and spacious room with full kitchen, comfortable bed, sitting area. I liked that it had a real fridge with freezer so I could refreeze the cold packs from our cooler. The breakfast had good variety including some healthier options like cooked oatmeal and good yogurt that a lot of places don't have. in general, it felt pretty upscale for the price.

We loved the longhorned steer run through the streets at the Stockyards. We LOVED the Kimbell Art Museum, and the FW Museum of Modern Art, and they are walking distance of each other. The design of both buildings is outstanding, and worth seeing.
Also, the Botanic Gardens are fabulous, especially the huge Japanese gardens inside the park. We must have taken a hundred photos.

The pictures didn’t match the room and no extras were offered. The room was a disappointment I stayed for a week and me and my husband were not happy overall with the stay due to the room not being clean and the bathroom having mold in the bathroom. The hotel seems as if they are focused on the lobby and not the overall readiness of the room. Book book and not maintaining the rooms.

The area we’re in I would not come back.
The area we’re in I would not come back. Police cars were blocking the entrance /parking and then how many times I heard police last night, usually it’s fire engine sirens but I heard and saw police too many times. People pulled up to the hotel after midnight yelling and screaming outside and then must have gone into get a room, no respect that people were trying to sleep.
Find a different part of Fort Worth, this wasn’t it. But a cheap room of you have mid level expectations. At least the bed was comfy. Downtown Dallas was pretty expensive so we went rough to Fort Worth… when you have been driving for 10 hours you just want a clean, comfy place… but breakfast will have to come from Starbucks so u can get good coffee too!

Bad roads poorly designed need off road vehicle to handle some of the side streets. Worst driving experience encountered here in Fort Worth Dallas. I have driven all over Europe, most of Canada and every state east of the Mississippi.

Everywhere we went, everyone was so nice.
Everywhere we went, everyone was so nice. We never had to go far from our hotel to shop or eat out. There was some construction going on, but the soundproofing of the room kept us from hearing anything. My puppy also loved the pet area.

Fort Worth is blessed with three excellent art museums, plus the downtown Bass performing arts center. If you travel there for culture other than the Western Art and history tradition you will be rewarded. The Cultural District includes very good restaurants along with live music. A personal vehicle is not essential. A shuttle is available (Texas Shuttle) from Dallas-Fort Worth Airport as well as from Love Field. Walking in the Sundance Square area is pleasant day or night. Hotels are scattered throughout the downtown area as are restaurants of all kind. Live entertainment is available daily.
Excellent value for money and much better than expected. Booked last minute after my hotel cancelled on me and left me with no other options under $300! Cost about $100.
Bed was firm but comfortable and overall my room was much better than expected and pretty clean. It had AC and free parking, a Walmart down the road, and only a 10 min drive to the Stockyards. Has been either built or refreshed recently as everything was very new in my room.
We enjoyed the peaceful Fairmont area and hospitality. There is so much to do in Fort Worth yet we were content to just hang out at the cottage in our free time. The hosts were absolutely wonderful. A gracious balance between giving you your independence and being available if needed. The pool was the perfect temperature and chemical free. All felt very safe and secure. The cottage and pool area are beautifully and privately maintained.
The building is beautiful and the welcome here second to none. The overall atmosphere was extremely homely, and put us in mind of the house from the show ‘Tales from the City’.
You also benefit from the delicious homemade baked goods (from the owners’ bakery next door).
Up-and-coming areas of Fort Worth are within walking distance, and we never had to wait more than 5 mins for an Uber.
We booked this hotel on a busy weekend and had a wonderful time! Our room got upgraded to a room with a huge balcony overlooking the street which was awesome! It was a perfect location with easy access to all of the stockyards areas. Stopped in at the bar at the end of the night and it has a great view of both downtown and the stockyards! Highly recommend this hotel!
Great location, close to restaurants, the Fort Worth Water Gardens and across the Convention Center. A short drive to Dickies Arena and other venues. The gym is well equipped, and we used it on a couple of occasions during our stay. The breakfast buffet has very good options between hot breakfast, waffles, oatmeal, bagels, yogurt and a variety of cereals.
The staff, especially Sylvia at the front desk, was wonderful. Very kind, welcoming, and accommodating. Sylvia even gave us great recommendations for nearby activities.
The breakfast was also fantastic. Out of all of our different hotels on our trip to Texas, this was the best breakfast we had. Loved the mini egg bakes and breakfast sandwiches!
Everything! It was the cheapest hotel in the area cost wise, but just as nice and clean as some of the well known hotels I’ve stayed at in the past. Just as nice as a Hilton or Marriot. Lady at the check in counter was professional & courteous. Rooms were clean. Slept well. Would definitely book a room here again.
This hotel was close to Fort Worth stockyards, with a free parking but also shuttle buses running on Friday and Saturday.
The room was quite big, coffee was provided.
The hotel also provides with the possibility to leave luggage at the reception on the day of checkout.
Were able to check in early thankfully, and the walk in to Fort Worth was a doable 30 mins with a great saving from Stockyard accomodation prices. The Motel kindly held our bags after checking out while we attended the PBR. Very happy with this place.
Ok location and rooms but didn't explore too much of Fort Worth downtown. Self parking on the hotel property was nice rather than having to rely on a valet. Breakfast was decent, waffle station was good.
The location was perfect for what we had planned in Fort Worth we were showing at the stock show and we were hanging out at the stockyards in the evening. This was right in the middle between them.
The location was really good, on the university drive, close to many shops and restaurants, and it was close to TCU and Fort Worth Zoo too. The room and the bed was comfortable,
Great hotel. Super cool vibe, look, and feel. The kind of place I want to tell people about. If I'm ever in Dallas / Fort Worth again I will go out of my way to stay here.
The Kimpton Fort Worth is an excellent hotel. Staff, location, cleanliness, etc. all exceptional. It is our "Go-To" hotel next time we visit Fort Worth.
