We love Columbus.
We love Columbus. We have come multiple times and this recent trip was for just a night for a concert. It has one of the biggest Zoos we have ever been to, with a waterpark/theme park option as well. Tons of great restaurants, bars, and fun stuff to do.
Polaris is a great area to stay when visiting. Just 20 minutes north of downtown Columbus, a very nice and clean area with good food options, top golf, good hotel options, and even an IKEA

Traffic is very congested and highways are full of aggressive speeding drivers. The outerbelts are crazy. People have little respect for each other. Modern city with lots of new restaurants and bars. Easton has a lot to offer. Lots to see and do.

I attend the Columbus Ribs and Jazz fest (a 3 day event) when I can. On my first attendance my opinion of Columbus drivers was they are the rudest drivers in Ohio. I won't change that because to do so would be risk to my life. On this last trip I dated the opinion: Columbus drivers are the rudest drivers east of the Mississippi river in America. They have gotten much worse, more aggressive, less respective to speed limits, less respective to interstate right of way at speeds exceeding 70MPH, and the number of rude drivers has gone up by 2,000%. To drive on an interstate in Columbus is more risk than Boston, LA, or San Francisco. And, for no good reason! My next planned trip to Columbus is 'NEVER EVER' and for good reason.

The downtown area is clean and felt safe, which is rare for a major US City. The area we stayed had nearby restaurants and bars. The Convention Center and Nationwide Arena was within walking distance. We definitely plane on returning for a longer stay.

We were in town to attend the Buckeye game.
We were in town to attend the Buckeye game. Columbus has a great downtown with excellent coffee shops, ice cream places, and interesting restaurants. So easy to get around and lots for families to do.
This hotel was decent and perfectly average for the amount of time we spent there (just one night). It met our basic needs of a relatively clean and comfortable place to stay in Columbus, which was just a stopover city for us on a longer road trip. The bed was comfortable and clean and the bathroom was decent, but not great. The view of the Ohio state capitol building and downtown Columbus was nice and the breakfast at the hotel (an extra $18 per guest, not included in the rate) was also very good.
Nice and clean hotel room! Had everything we needed for one night. The bed folded up if more room was needed. The room also had a microwave, large refrigerator, and a fold out table. Perfect location! I was worried about it having college student apartments on the lower levels but had no issues at all! We would definitely stay again if we come back to Columbus!
The hotel is in front of Easton stores and it so easy to go shopping and go eat nearby. The hotel is in this cute place, has a nice parking lot and the room was amazing. Cozy bed, a good wardrobe, and a nice kitchen. The breakfast has some good options for food and beverages. The pool was closed, but it was snowing so that's okay.
Friendly and helpful staff. Room was spacious, bright and clean. The included breakfast had a good selection. Pool area is nice, only issue was the hot tub jets weren't working. Ample parking. About a 10-15 minute drive to downtown attractions. Lots of gas stations, shopping and restaurants near by.
I thought it was a hotel in downtown Worthington of the same name so I was surprised that it was further out than I was expecting to stay the accommodations were great, clean updated floors, bathroom and the staff was very welcoming I will use it as a getaway again.
I was staying to visit a friend in the area. The location was good because it was only a 10 minute walk away. A decently sized bed, nice bathroom, and clean space. You can't ask for much else out of a simple 2-star hotel.
The close proximity to the Columbus, OH airport (John Glenn International), the free and prompt shuttle service to/from the hotel to the airport; the polite Front Counter employee; the quietness of my room location.
Location was convenient. Room was nice (once we got resituated - see below). Staff was friendly & helpful (see below). Bed was comfortable. Lots to see and do in Columbus, so we will be back for a longer stay.
Very nice hotel in the middle of shops, bars, & restaurants on North High Street. We chose this hotel specifically for it's location. Very nice king room. Would stay here again if choosing this location.
Convenient location to Downtown Columbus without staying in downtown. Columbus. Overall clean although there were a few areas that could use the attention in my actual room
The hotel is located downtown and very close to the tournament my son participated. Staff was extremely friendly. Rooms were comfortable. Restaurant downstairs had good food.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Rather good complimentary breakfast (for US standards, compared with other Hotels in this class). WiFi was good. Room nice and clean.
