breakfast and the snacks at the end of the day were perfect and the food staff were very professional and kind. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and the location was great. Downtown was lovely to walk around. We used public transit and that worked well.

Breakfast was fine with a lot of options. We try to maintain a heart healthy diet with a minimum of fats and sugars and could find options that were accommodating. Like the use of plates made from recycled materials. Rooms were quiet and pretty well sound proofed judging by the traffic and sirens passing by outside. Great location for exploring University Circle.

The Cleveland Museum of Art is spectacular! I had no idea. They have antiquities thousands of years old, and art from world masters. Although there's a charge for parking, the museum is free.
As an Italian-American, just walking around the Little Italy neighborhood was a real treat. Eating there was even better.

It was amazing.
It was amazing. I had a wonderful time, it is a lot to do in the downtown area a lot of attractions to see. Need more than just four days. You need to be willing to just take it all in and enjoy yourself. Unless you’re going for business. Our trip was for my husband‘s birthday so it was a very relaxing trip. The city has a lot to offer. The only downfall is the parking you definitely need a card because they do not accept cash at most places.

My best friend and I were in town for a concert.
My best friend and I were in town for a concert. We had so much fun popping into the bars and restaurants before hand… met some really cool people and Felt very safe. Found an amazing Mexican restaurant right on the water called Nuevos that we went to for lunch two days in a row! Loved walking around and taking scenic pictures of the docks area surrounding it after our bellies were full. With more time we would have visited the rock ‘n’ roll Hall of Fame and done some shopping. So much to do! Indoors and out. And so little traffic. We felt safe the whole time. Really kind of loving the little big city of Cleveland!

The Cleveland downtown area has so much to see.
The Cleveland downtown area has so much to see. University Circle is like looking at a picture. The buildings are a mix of older beautiful architecture mixed with new modern buildings. It was breathtaking. The sycamore trees were amazing. There are so many things to see as you walk to events or restaurants.

The hotel was near the Theaters and had many restaurant options. The best part for me was the short distance to the Cleveland Clinic and they also had the option to use their free shuttle service. Although, I found out from the hotel that I could have received a discounted rate with being there for the Cleveland Clinic. I felt like booking.com should have shared that information with me, so we could have saved ourselves some money.
I would recommend the Comfort Inn, but I'd suggest looking up the hotel's phone number and reserve directly through them to get the hospital discount, if that's the purpose of your stay.

Rock and Roll HOF. Winking Lizard. Playhouse Square.
Rock and Roll HOF. Winking Lizard. Playhouse Square. Progressive Field. The Clevelander. Little Italy (my favorite) West Side Market and the Christmas Story House. Day trip to Canton for Pro Football HOF and McKinley Library.
I loved that I could take my daughter and her friends downtown Cleveland and feel safe by myself. I felt comfortable and secure the whole time. It felt like home - important for a woman traveling alone.
The view was the best in the house! Kids had their own area to hang out in with their own tv.
The breakfast was worth the spend. I plan on doing this again for my daughter whenever we come to Cleveland for a show or concert - this way I don’t have to park at the event or drive home late at night.
This property is nicely renovated and spacious for two people. It is located in the Ohio City neighborhood close to downtown Cleveland and the West Side Market. My spouse and I Ubered to an afternoon Browns game parking on the street in front of the property. $13 into town at 2:30 in the afternoon, $29 to come back at 9pm. The lock on the door is electronically controlled (remotely) making entry very convenient, (it will also lock you out after checkout time). The property was clean and quiet.
Very good location, very close to everything. The whole staff was Awesome. Very friendly and accommodating. You couldn't ask for any better group of employees. I would definitely stay there again. They all treat you like family. Thank you all for your hospitality The Hampton Inn downtown Cleveland on 9th Street. Thanks again , wishing you all a very Merry Christmas & Happy New Years. Thanks again. Ron & Kim Helmbrecht.
Again, the front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful-- including a courtesy call after we'd checked into our room to make sure all was well. We booked a small room in a downtown hotel, so weren't expecting luxury. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean.
Staff was courteious, friendly, and helpful. It really makes a difference when you show up tired or weary from travel! Also, I attend daily mass and there was St. John the Evangelist Catherdral directly acorss from the hotel!!
Easy instructions to get into apartment. Parking pass was easily available. Apartment is huge and very nice decor. Great location in downtown and was able to walk all over and go see Cleveland guardians baseball game.
I love the architecture of this landmark building, and the location is perfect for downtown Cleveland visits. But the staff is EXEMPLARY! From checking in to valet parking, they were all amazing except housekeeping..
Its wasn't perfect, but that's to be expected for a Hotel that is 92 years old. The history and the all the antique features were what made this place so great. The staff was outstanding
The staff was very pleasant and friendly. The room was about the size we expected and the hotel was a great location as it wasn't too far away from where we're traveling/visiting.
