Friendly staff, easy access from I 70, comfortable
Possibly the nicest downtown I've ever seen. Plenty of park benches and focal points. Only problem is that most stores do not open until 10am and close at 5pm. They are missing out on dinnertime shoppers. Lots of nice restaurants but if you go for dinner after 5pm, most stores are already closed.

I have lived and visited Grand Junction several times and really enjoy the town at times; although the staff at the Motels/ and restaurants are friendly, other employees and staff at other location and convenience stores; are not as friendly and can be very rude..

Grand Junction, CO is so beautiful!
Grand Junction, CO is so beautiful! The surrounding mountains are awesome! The Colorado National Monument is an easy drive and WORTH it! The locals are very friendly and so helpful! This is a destination everyone should experience at least once! Don't forget to see Palisade which is 10 miles up I-70. They have the BEST peaches (June-August) I have EVER tasted!!! Pesche Restaurant is a must!

I've traveled to Grand Junction numerous times over the years for bike events and for passing through on way to Moab, Utah. I've always liked Grand Junction. The central business area is great, love the bicycle art along the street.

Easy to find- looks like booking.com photos.
Easy to find- looks like booking.com photos. Spacious, comfy bed. Enjoyed coffee at the table under the front yard tree. Country setting - goats in pasture were adorable. Close to town with plenty of restaurants.
The bathtub was comfy and deep enough for a good long hot soak. Room was quiet too, no neighbors (this is in the winter, off season). Cheap room, especially for a Friday night (again, in the off season). Location is good, just off the freeway, five minutes drive to downtown, Main Street, with a bookstore and good bagel places, and good restaurants. But I'd rec Thai Number 9 as the best restaurant in town.
Hotel was really clean, the town had a lot of cool boutique shops, and food options to visit. The best stop off on i70 for a layover if you are travelling between colorado / Utah. Lots of options for breakfast, hot options and cold veggie options too. Easy to park and a gas station meters away from the forecourt. Pool and a few games if you have some time to kill. VERY comfy beds
We loved this cute house with all the nice details. Absolutely lovely.
Everything was spotlessly clean, nice furniture and decorations, very good equipped kitchen. Easy to find and to get in, nice neighborhood. Ideally located to visit beautiful Colorado National Monument and do some mountain biking near Fruita. Thank you for this good experience.
The staff was really friendly and the room was clean. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was good. When we arrived, there was no tv remote in the room, but a different remote was brought quickly. The hotel was easy to find. It was a nice place to stay if you're going through Grand Junction!
Hotel is near Grand Junction airport and the price was not too high. We picked for our last night before flying home and it worked for what we wanted. The hotel had a nice pool and hot tub for relaxing evening. Breakfast was vey adequate. Location is great for airport but not for sightseeing. Good for one night for convenience.
this hotel is actually in Clifton, Colorado not Grand Junction. Easy Access to lots of things. Restaurants, liquor store, groceries, gas stations, etc. Very close to the wineries in Palisade, which was why we stayed there. Easy on and off road to hotel. Close to freeways. Nice indoor pool. Great continental breakfast.
Easy, as in effortless from check in to departure, there were zero hassles, no hidden fees, no issues , nothing negative occured. That's days it seems like problems come outta nowhere and try to ruin what you have going on. Not here at Super 8 on horizon Dr. I'd recommend this hotel to friends and strangers alike.
You can always tell an independent owned property. They go the extra mile with a pleasant attitude because they realize the customer puts food in their mouths. If possible I try and stay in these type Hotels/Motels and if ever in Grand Junction I will be at the Palomino.
Awesome location! Dining,Airport, 10 min from Downtown Grand Junction. There are huge banquet rooms for meetings or parties, and a bar
The beds....beds were comfy:)
For downtown access, couldn't be better- 3 block walk. Very clean, comfortable and new. Area Grand Junction information organized in handy binder. Best rental ever.
pet friendly. dog stations in several locations. convenience of a restaurant/bar on property. weather permitting, there is an outdoor patio where dogs are welcome.
The motel was pretty nice comparing the other small and cheap motels I stayed while on a roadtrip. The breakfast was also much better than at the other motels.
