The accomodation was nice and stylish. We also appreciated normal dishes (not plastic like everywhere else!). Shower was hot with shampoo, body wash and even condicioner.
Bogdan, the owner, was very nice and we had a nice chat with him.
We definitely recommend this accomodation.

Comfortable bed, nice to have a kitchennette space and clean accommodation. Also very close to the National Park entrance and coffee/breakfast at the adjoining coffee shop (with discount!) was delicious.
Be aware that the hot water takes a long time to heat up (approx. 10 minutes for us) - after that it works fine and is great! It would be good to have a little note sharing this as after 5 mins of it running cold we thought the hot water wasn't working. Luckily we found tips to get it working through searching in old reviews.

The best breakfast of what resorts could offer. We loved lunch and dinner too. Staff was exceptionally respectful, receptive, and responsive.

Beautiful , clean air, all green and so relaxing for a fresh breath of clean and healthy air. It was a bit cold during this time of the year but the views, walking and picnics made it so worth it for people like us who enjoy outdoor activities and beautiful nature!
The place exceeded expectations. Mike and Bobbie are the best hosts ever, they made us feel so welcome and perfectly handled tiny even tiny hiccups that made us appreciate their work even more. The place and very cosy and conveniently located on a huge lot with lots of things to see/do. A complementary breakfast made our experience even better. I would definitely plan to stay longer if I new how great this place was.
I loved this place and will be using it to visit down in the area from now on. Best location for anyone. Has the greatest experience for just hanging out and looking at the stars at night. The food was amazing! Just like the home cooked meals I would have at home. The staff was super easy to talk to along with good humor. Over all the best experience I've had at an air BNB
It was the best place we stayed on our 20 day long road trip. If you like dogs and wild life it is the right place to stay. The breakfast was great every day. Connie was very kind and knowledgeable about the wild life around and gave us good advice what to visit nearby in Kings Canyon and Sequoia National park.
Room was exceedingly comfortable The breakfast was delicious and plentiful A huge bonus is that Connie has a wealth of knowledge about the National Parks nearby and can give all manner of suggestions and advice to help you make the most of your visit The location of her place is very lovely and convenient
We had such a lovely stay and so much more fun than a big hotel. The hosts are very friendly and make you feel at home. We loved our conservations with them. The place is in a quiet environment and nearby Kings canyon national park and Sequoia national park. We would definitely stay here again.
The location was great. Very rustic and remote, if that’s what you are looking for. The room was clean and appropriate to the ranch location. Air conditioner worked well, but is loud. Beds are comfortable. Fridge and microwave were helpful since there is very limited food service nearby.
With all the places we have stayed over the years, Rustic Rooms was the best. Our rooms were spotless, the staff exceptional, the grounds gave us the relaxation & peace of mind like no other. Not only would I recommend to friends, we would stay there again, love it again!
I have stayed there once before, Anna and her husband( I have talked to both) are FANTASTIC!! Always willing to help!!,
The rooms are clean, and quite....There is no better place to stay in the Squaw Valley/ Dunlap area.
Not much. 200$ for a one night stay was way over the top. It’s basically a pretty decrepit wobbly box with rotten wooden stairs. We needed pet friendly but with the extra $50 added on was truly a total rip off.
