The staff at the Comfort Inn was fantastic.

The staff at the Comfort Inn was fantastic. We wanted to watch a specific basketball game, so we called ahead to see of the Comfort Inn had that particular network. The staff member checked and yes they did have that network. We also asked for recommendations on a pizza restaurant. She again helped us out. She also called me by my first name when I checked in. Excellent service.

The weather is fantastic, mild temperatures in mid October. The area offers a lot of nature and outdoor sports. I attended a family reunion and we gathered at Rumsey Park for the day, everyone who attended had a good time. I would have liked more time to show my family the nearby lakes and rivers and visit the Tonto Natural Bridge.

Payson is a wonderful slow-paced mountain town. Visited the Tonto Natural Bridge, the Pine Creek Lavender Farm, and Pine Creek Fudge Ice Cream & Espresso shop which are all a short drive north of Payson. Loved La Sierra Mexican and Diamond Point Shadows restaurants. Hiked at Cypress Trail and Boulders Loop.

The hotel is in a great location near hiking and other points of interest and within walking distance of restaurants and stores. It has a nice overflow parking lot built for vehicles towing trailers. The hotel is not fancy but is clean and staff is friendly. If you get a room on the common area it is nice to sit out on the back patio and enjoy the weather. We have even seen elk. The free breakfast is basic but does include some hot foods like eggs (probably from frozen), bacon, and sausage.

This place ruined my vacation. The first room we got was smoked in. We requested to move so we wouldn't be charged for someone else smoking in this room. That went well until I seen the charged me 2 rooms 4 times and held up $1200.and then blamed me for thier mistake and would not help me fix the issue. So at that time I am broke because the hotel messed up. I will never do business with this hotel ever agian and warning to anyone else.

We had breakfast at a nearby cafe, which was excellent. I need to get reimbursed for the hotel cost, and I can't find any receipt or bill. Can you email me a copy? Send to me at: meyerd755@gmail.com Thanks I did NOT like having to drag luggage up the stairs, since I'm 85 yrs old, and no staff to help with this. For the two of us, not enough towels/washcloths. Beds were very comfortable, and a/c worked well.

Not a hotel but a single annexe above the owners property. The balcony enabled us to watch birds in the evening, being the main purpose of our trip. Plenty of space, owner very friendly and helpful, car parked off road in a very nice neighbourhood, use of garden (small friendly dog). Everything was as new, very relaxing, unfortunately we had only booked one night.

When we booked the room, we made sure to see that the Inn was pet friendly, which it is. There was no mention anywhere of an extra charge for pets. It was only when arriving at the property that we were told about the fee for each dog. I would still recommend this Inn, but just explaining why the price I expected to pay was not the price we paid upon arrival.

The main living space was attractive, and very comfortable. Lots of room and areas to chill out. The kitchen had really nice amenities. The ceiling fans were excellent, and the internet connection was great! It was nice there was a fire pit to toast marshmallows and enjoy the outdoors. It was very pet friendly as well.

The deck and back yard were very enjoyable. Our stay provided a nice weekend retreat from the hot summer days and a busy work week. The pet friendly environment allowed us to bring our dogs along. Cool morning walks in the surrounding neighborhoods were fun for all, and Tonto Natural Bridge was simply amazing!

This property was incredibly clean - one of the best I’ve seen! The rooms are nicely decorated, all have kitchenettes, and the bed was super comfy. We had drinks and dinner in the saloon, and the food was great! The grounds are huge & well maintained. Great place to come with kids!!

The breakfast was your typical hotel breast, it wasn’t horrible, coffee wasn’t great but it all did the job. We loved the spa tub inside the room and the cute little fireplace. The mirror inside the bathroom was AMAZING. Odd thing to mention I know but I thought it was so cool.

Did not eat breakfast there. Never came to clean the room on a 3 day stay Had to go get towels each day. Seems like some shady stuff was going on at other rooms Traffic in for few minutes then leaving. They were the only hotel with rooms for 3 days.
