Overlooking White Lagoon Bay, Hotel Sunshine Pearl enjoys a quiet location on the Black Sea Coast, surrounded by a private park.

The receptionist was extremely kind and supportive.
The food at the restaurant was good and I liked its architecture, garden around and calmness.
Close to the sea as well.

A great, cozy small hotel with an exceptional restaurant. The room was very clean, everything was new and offered everything we needed. The breakfast options were great and the portion sizes were quite big. The restaurant is great, too, with friendly staff and quick service.
Located in Kavarna and surrounded by unspoilt nature, The White Lagoon Beach Resort offers 2 pools of semi-Olympic size with mineral water, a children's pool, a multifunctional playfield and a gym...

There were many food options. Some of them good, some not so much.
The view is very nice.
The staff was very nice.
Royal Grand Hotel and Spa is set on the beach in Kavarna and offers sea views. It is with all inclusive offer and private beach with umbrellas, parasols and bar.

All good - slightly surprised by that fact they are charging for bathrobes and slippers, but it‘s a good small resort. buffet neat and big, you‘ll find options.
Hotel Wesso is located a 5-minute walk from the centre of Kavarna and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. A bar and a mini-market are available on site.

Nice size rooms, comfortable bed, nice balcony, clean rooms. Good location, close to the center, big supermarket across the street and not that far from the beach if you have a car.
Located in a quiet area Ikantaluka, 50 metres away from the beach and between Balchik and Kavarna, Anelia Family Hotel offers free WiFi and free on-site parking.

Kavarna is a little town, if you like big really crowded places maybe this one is not for you. Plenty of places and things to do in the area, lovely beaches and natural beauty. Nice bars and restaurants in the center of the town, food and value for the money is perfect. You will need a car to travel around to see things, not that far away from Kavarna is a mussel farm and restaurant, snail farm and restaurant, vineyard and orchards where you can buy fresh apple juice.

A seaside town with the focus on the beach.
A seaside town with the focus on the beach. Unfortunately the beach is quite stony and small so packed with people at this time of year (August)
People are friendly, there is a pedestrian area at the top of the hill and a small town. The area is a little run down but it is very pleasant with its own specific history. Also well placed for a visit to Balchik nearby.
If you are staying by the beach in Kavarna we would recommend a car. There is an infrequent bus service up to the town but the hill walk from beach to town is around 3km and is quite demanding

Kavarna is not closed to the property and should drive by car to the city. The city, however, is not as small as expected and has everything from bank to shopping and others. To drive to Kavarna from Romania is better to use Vama Veche custom and not Negru VOda since there the roads are not OK.

The city seems abandoned, it can be seen that nothing has been invested for years. There are many ruins, many hotels and buildings for sale, the grass and bushes have not been cut for a long time and everything looks like a horror movie. But the beach it's very nice and clean, same the water. There are few restaurants where you can eat, the food was decent to say, you just can't pay by card in all places, even if it says you can pay. So my recommendation is to look for another resort, indeed the prices are lower, but what it offers is not worth it.

Is a poor city, with many unfinished constructions and some shady streets.
The beach is decent, the sea had a lot of waves and is very rocky.
No Coronavirus measures were respected (nobody wears faced masks inside).
The food was good.

Kavarna town is not in a good shape vs other similar town resorts in Bulgaria.
Outside Kavarna there some are nice places as Thracian Cliffs or Kaliakria Resort which I strongly recommend for a stay.
This accommodation has a great location almost on the beach by the sea. About 150m and you are on a private paid beach (you have to pay) or walk about another 100m and you are on a public beach without paying. The smiling receptionist explained everything. Parking without problems. It is also possible to buy breakfast or lunch in the neighboring restaurant. The hotel was mainly occupied by local guests for longer stays. Children and animals are no problem for the hotel at all. I think the locals spend their holidays here, remembering the past.
The hotel has huge studios: we had two bedrooms, three (!) balconies, two bathrooms and a large living room. However, the design of the apartments is a bit weird, with narrow corners and long halls. The bathroom was well equipped.
Very close to the beach, about 800 m with the car, less than 500 m by foot. The beach in Kavarna is surprisingly nice.
The elevator was very useful.
Breakfast was basic, but good. Very kind and friendly staff. We had a wonderful time at Prostor.
The location was perfect, very close to the beach (just 2 sets of stairs and you're at the beach). Great view from the balcony and the friendliest staff I've seen in a very long time. We even forgot stuff and the cleaning crew was quick to bring it to us while we were enjoying a coffee before we left. The location and staff + nice hotel overall with the good price gave it imense value that made me recommend the hotel to my friends and family before we even left.
This was our third visit to Hotel Venera. We like it very much, because the staff are very friendly, the breakfast is plentyful (and cheap!), it is near Kavarna beach (ten minute walk) and the ground floor room that we had was easy to reach and had a nice balcony with a view of the bay and the Black Sea. This year the snackbar was closed but one could always ask for drinks and there are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity.
The hotel is very clean and the rooms are cozy and comfortable. They cleaned the rooms every day. They have amazing pool with beautiful view. When you open your balcony door you can hear a lot of birds singing. The parking is nice and you don't have to search were to park your car. The staff is polite. You have a nice kitchen were you can cook by yourself.
The well maintained, large pool in peaceful garden setting overlooking the sea is the stand out feature. We also enjoyed the balcony with shade and sea views, the relaxing atmosphere, the Bulgarian retro feel, and friendly manager and staff. This is a small family type hotel with typical Bulgarian breakfast.
Hotel Akre is a very convenient place to stay when visiting the Bulgarian seaside. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfy, and we also had a small balcony. The towels were changed without request and the garbage collected. The fact it has breakfast is a plus. The staff was really polite and nice.
Everything was awesome! It's our 4th year at Sea Paradise. We love it here! Kavarna is nice, excellent for family vacations, the apartment at Sea Paradise is clean, big and nice, near the beach. Barry is the best, always very helpful, kind and professional!
good value for affordable price, quiet, clean, breakfast included, comfy beds, large room. the hotel accepts also credit card, in the reservation received from booking.com it was mentioning "only cash".
Comfortable beds, many pools, great staff, the beach is very very close to the hotel. Clearly a great resort designed for family with kids. The studio was huge and the balcony as well.
Lovely apartments, friendly stuff, large parking space, elevator, simple but tasty breakfasts, great swimming pool and fine dinners at the hotel restaurant
