A pleasant receptionist made a great first impression. But in reality all the staff outdone our expectations, specially the breakfast staff which gave us a lot of recommendations of beaches and some secret gems to go next. The room was small, but sufficient, and the suite was all renovated, as well as all of the hotel. The place was calm and quiet to sleep.

Exceptional staff. Very good program of amusement for families, green territory. Food was very good, had variety and even our picky kids were happy!

If you want a quiet relaxing holiday in a rather out of the way village then I would highly recommend Milatos beach. We hired a car for some of the time to visit the wonderful museums, ancient archeological sites, beautiful countryside and lovely beaches. A most enjoyable fortnight, we were sad to leave..

The hotel is very isolated but if you walk along the beach to Milatos there is a lovely beachfront bar called The No Name Bar & the food is delicious & there is a public beach too. Well worth a visit if you are sick of the hotel food!
A day trip to the famous leper island of Spinalonga organised from the hotel is well worth a visit & takes in time in Agios Nikalos for shopping & the boat also stops off at another island for swimming. A great day out.
Another great place to visit is the town of Hersonissos either by car or taxi. It has a fabulous seafront full of great bar/restaurants & shops.

A very nice and quiet town. But the resort was isolated.
A very nice and quiet town. But the resort was isolated. Thankfully, we had rented a car. There are beaches nearby within a 15 minute drive that are really nice. It's shame that Radisson Blu does not have a beach while they blatantly advertise them on Booking.com and Booking.com is complicit in this to some degree because they allowed it to happen but I understand that they have to take the hotel's word for it.

Milatos is a very small "town" on the water.
Milatos is a very small "town" on the water. There are no banks or cash machines, but most places take credit cards. There is one store that stocks all of your cooking needs, and that's about it. There are several waterside tavernas that serve very great food, but that is all there is to do in the evening. It's an early to bed, early to rise type setting. I think a long weekend suffices for a visit.

Milatos is a traditional old fishing village.
Milatos is a traditional old fishing village. The locals are really friendly and there are about fifteen restaurants serving all types of food, especially fish dishes. It is a lovely relaxing resort, with plenty of walks, the beaches are pebbly but there is a small sandy beach by the harbour. Access is limited so we always hire a car.We have been returning every year for the last fifteen years.Wonderful.

Beautiful, peaceful, quiet little town to get away and relax. Out of the way so not many shops etc.
Nice snack bar restaurant"No Name", with little beach and sun loungers in front, clean toilets, just great
What a beautiful place Sea Esta is, right beside the ocean, with great views and the noise of the waves, Katerina is a warm hostess and helped us with suggestions of where to swim and eat. The apartment is spacious, very clean and extremely comfortable, with everything you need for a great holiday, Milatos is an area to chill, enjoy great food, and swim in the ocean, and appreciate life. We had a great trip and shall surely return
We can say only beautiful things about this hotel. We start with the Owners, they are lovely. The welcome was so warm and true. Our room was great, terrace with see view, a lot of space and very comfortable bed. Kitchen full equipped. Short distance from bars and restaurants.
Really good breakfast.
It was not our first time there and for sure not the last! Thanks 😊
We had a great time in Milatos Seaside Suites. All people around were so nice, the apartment and the view are gorgeous. Tavernas and a small supermarket are only a five minute walk away. We loved everything during our stay and would definetely recommend it to everyone who isn't looking for an accommodation in the touristy areas.
The food at the many restaurant of the resort was good, breakfast especially and lots of choice. I used the gym a few times which had enough in it and was good it . Overall though I can recommend this hotel , I would definitely coming back without hesitate.
This hotel is a great choice for families traveling in Crete. The rooms and very large and the staff is amazing! Plentiful food at the lot hotel's restaurants. The breakfast selection was extensive! It offers something for everyone.
The hotel room was a delightful surprise! Immaculate cleanliness, comfy bed, and a stunning view. The modern decor and amenities exceeded expectations. Exceptional value for money I'd gladly return for another stay.

We made it back to the Radisson Resort after a two year hiatus and the hotel and suites did not disappoint. It is not until you return that you realize what you have missed. Strongly recommended to all!
I would recommend all aspects of the hotel and spa and it may seem a little bit pricey at the time but it is a well deserved treat and after the last two years - we are all in need of those!
The staff and service were truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Hotel had also great WIFI signal and many pools and restaurants.
Firstly the staff are a credit to the hotel always friendly and willing to help they work extremely hard yes it is very busy here I didn't expect anything during Easter break.
The property was in a good position in Milatos just a short walk from the small beach with lovely views over the surrounding countryside perfect for watching the sunrise.
Beautiful hotel with amazing views. Friendly and attentive staff. Superb breakfast and great service. Clean and spacious room. Worth every penny. We will see next year
Excellent host, she helped us with every question, we felt like we are long waited friends, not hotel guests. Really great experience, very close to sea/ beach.
Great place to kick back and joy the sun and sea! The hotel is right next to beach and the room was equipped with everything you need. We can't wait to be back!
