It is great place, people are firendly, food is wonderfull (the best after Turkish ;-)) beaches are beatifull. The only thing is VERY crawded. If you go to beaches late (afternoon) you can not find a sun bed even. Some beaches are very tight designed. Sun bed prices differs from free (as you spend anything) up to 60 euro for set. If you don't like a crowded area, than I would definitely not recommend Kallithea and Kassandra in general. The entertainment available in the city center's are very old school and not really fun. The beach is too narrow but the water is always warm. Too many stairs to reach the beach. The resort has many closed stores and taverns and in some places it looks like after the war. It has everything you need - good bars and restaurants, supermarkets and a pharmacy. It just not a typical 'movie set' Greek Village but it was very close to our hotel which was handy and great for our teenagers.SarahIreland

It is a newer building, smaller hotel and is extremely well managed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is top notch with changing items every day, super fresh and a selection that should please everyone. The beach loungers & umbrellas are excellent. The beach in front is fine soft sand and has a shallow entry so it suits children and all levels of swimmers. The water is simply terrific. It is clear, clean and it really is warm so you can really enjoy the water.

For a family is perfect and it offers everything you need. We called it our home for one week. Gisiona is very nice. She allowed us to check-in earlier and she checked on us via Whats App to see if everything is ok and if we needed anything. We kept in touch throughout our stay in Kalithea. I recommend it. The vila is located very near the restaurants, shops, etc. but it is not in the noisy area, great location. It was not hard to find the parking in front or near the villa. Towels are changed regularly, every day if needed. Good water pressure in the shower (some places in Greece have issues with this). To sum it up: great place to stay, good value for the money, we will be back in our future vacations :)

Great option for families with kids, since the hotel has few pools, that are not that occupied.

The 2 AC units can cool down the appartment in a couple of minutes. 2 tvs. The pool has partly some shade from the building which is great if you want to avoid sunburn. The pool was amazing. It was very clean and properly maintained. Our kids had a great time using it. The staff was really nice and provided us with everything required. I arrived a little earlier than the check in time, but was allowed to wait in the cool lobby and was given a cold bottle of water. All staff were lovely and helpful.
