Lots of good points, ie all the staff members were so friendly and helpful and special thanks to the housekeeping staff for extra bed changes; cooked breakfast was very good and the location and surroundings were both very good. The bar, dining room and surrounding areas were very pleasant and comfortable.

Annie and Jorge we so friendly and welcoming. We were given a free upgrade, which was amazing, plus I mentioned in passing that it was my partners birthday and we were given champagne with our yummy breakfast along with balloons and a card.
