Mistook it for a studio property but instead it’s a family homestead, the room is Spartan/ basic and in refurbishment. I’ve got a high suspicion of audio and visual recording devices being used surreptitiously without the guests knowing. Lights out in the dark, you’d notice various flashing lights coming from places that one would not expect.
The host also entered my room several times in my absence, evidently so as the room was locked from the inside. Stay at your own peril!

We arrived early, but they checked is in straight away - even upgraded our room. The staff everywhere in the hotel were so friendly and efficient. We ate in the bar/restaurant - the food was great. The room was good - great view of the aircraft. Staff booked a driver to take us to the airport - he arrived on time and was also great.

The Hotel is close to Heathrow Airport
My food in the bar was excellent, my husband’s chicken salad was average, prices are as you’d expect near the airport and in quality Hotel.
Sadly, the bar is VERY noisy with loud music and lots of voices. I think a conference was underway during our stay and they were enjoying pre dinner drinks. Soft music would make it a more comfortable space.

It is a good location, close to Heathrow and public transportation to get into the city of London. From the busses to the tube travelling to/from the city center was easy and smooth. It did take some time, but it was worth it when it came to flying day. Where we stayed allowed for walking to anything necessary (i.e. coffee shop, restaurant, grocery). It was a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the rest of our trip.
