The local people obviously don’t like the tourists.

The local people obviously don’t like the tourists. I was poop scooping up after my dog in the lane by the house and a women with her brown collie dog came by, not only did she not say hello, she picked up my little dog by her harness to move her out of the way! Didn’t listen to me saying to her not to do that and walked on!

Quaint village so don't expect American grandiose and you won't be disappointed. This is a period village surviving in the current times so weight for value is fine. The pub does very good food and the steam train is a real hit.
