Special location, staff, atmosphere, food, room and views. Get off the little passenger ferry and take a few steps to the King Of Prussia and walk straight into the beautiful bar restaurant area. A wonderful experience, highly recommended!

The hotel was well maintained, spotlessly clean, and the staff were lovely. Having irons, hairdryers, plenty of coffee in the room as well as decent shower and a great outdoor pool was brilliant. Food was great and there was plenty.

Room satisfactory, balcony a little disappointing - it seemed more of a broad walk and a little tatty. Breakfast on the first morning - chaotic. Lack of cups, juice, croissants, staff. We made the hotel aware of this. Not much better on second day - we asked for a pot of tea which we had been provided with the day before and was told tea bags were available and you 'made your own'.
