Location was very peaceful and away from any noise. It was set it very lovely grounds. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a room within the older building which was beautiful. Room decoration was very quirky and interesting. Very clean.

The property was not in Swinhoe but on road to High Newton.
The property was not in Swinhoe but on road to High Newton. Living areas good but only bedside cabinets for storage in one bedroom. Kitchen was cramped and shower, toilet room area very cramped. This area would not normally have been passed as satisfactory by a building inspector as it had only a single sliding door and not two doors between a toilet and kitchen, which is the normal requirement.
The village itself seemed only to comprise of a few houses and assumed to be for agricultural workers or holiday lets.
