Very polite and friendly staff. Breakfast was hot,tasty and plentiful. Our room faced the road and we did find traffic noise audible —- obviously the hotel had no control over this but a room facing the back might perhaps of been better if we stay again. Restaurant is cosy and exceptionally clean. All fittings in this hotel are of very high quality and look new.

Breakfast also lovely, not an amazing selection but I'm sure they would have rustled us up something off the menu if we asked. Location is brilliant if you like walking, we had a hearty breakfast and decided to go for a 6 mile walk (basically a big old loop around Stock), which was just what was needed, then a nice little dip in the pool and jacuzzi to relax, perfect!
