The property is well positioned in its own grounds and gardens with good views of the surrounding Downs. The accommodation may not suit all but I liked the old Victorian House used as a college. Breakfast was very good

Excellent service and a great pet friendly hotel. We were all made to feel very welcome including our Labrador who was given a treat!
A friendly bar and breakfast (which was included) was at the cafe across the road. We needed a quick takeaway breakfast and it was excellent.
