You can see the Victorian history in the hotel. The view from the room was fantastic. Breakfast was excellent and the staff gave the impression of one big family calling many of their regulars by their first names. I did see some online reviews that have failed to capture the character and culture this hotel offers to the people that keep coming back.......I think I'm going to be one of them.

Had a nice breakfast only thing I did not think the location was not actually in scarborough was difficult to get bus to scarborough in the afternoon / evening so did not go

Friendly welcome, plenty of parking, nice clean room with fresh crisp white sheets and towels. The shared facilities are kept clean and always available when I wanted to use them. My friends joined me for an evening meal in the pub and all 3 of us really enjoyed our food. Oh and dog friendly too!

The Crescent Hotel is a Grade II listed building, situated in the centre of Scarborough and 10 minutes’ walk from South Bay Beach. The hotel overlooks the pleasant Crescent Gardens.

This hotel is lovely, the staff very friendly and efficient. We had to pay for an upgrade so the room was very nice. Had evening meal which we couldn’t fault, everything was delicious.

Bed comfy and sheets clean. Shower powerful. Sound proofing was good I couldn't hear the pub noise. Staff very polite and chatty and helpful. Alfie very helpful young man.
