This is a fascinating old inn, dating back to 1420. There’s a great bar with a huge inglenook fireplace. The building is a veritable warren of rooms landings. Very quirky.

Beautiful hotel. One of our favourites. Food was delicious. Swimming pool was great, beautiful pool but slightly cold and needs a little more ambiance with some music (classical or magic FM etc) comfortable bed. Was upgraded on arrival. Thank you Flackley Ash! We will be back.
