I loved how warm and dry the room was after getting half drowned up Ingleborough. Water boarding at Guantanamo Bay would have been less wet. The mattress was lovely and soft, though I think I could have slept on a pile of discarded brick ends with how tired I was.

Room was large, quiet and well appointed. Continental breakfast was complementary and cooked options extensive and great value. The bar has a wide selection, well priced and great staff. Overall excellent.
Overlooking Lancaster Canal, Toll House Inn is just metres from shops and restaurants. It has free Wi-Fi access, a bar and a restaurant. Toll House Inn is a historic building with bedrooms.

Lovely hotel. Very clean room and comfortable bed. Loved the white company toiletries and lavazza coffee machine in the room. Staff were very friendly and had a delicious cooked breakfast in the morning. Location is central too. Highly recommend!

Fantastic place to use as a base, quiet village but on main route link to Morcombe, Windemere, lake district and Scotland. We visited loads of places of interest as well as our main focus, Cartmel races. Over Kellet also has a pub in walking distance with a friendly landlord who serves amazing food. Definitely recommend a stay in the village. Also a mile away from Capernwray Quarry dive site so perfect for scuba divers!
