Very nice location in West Kensington if you want to get away from the busy city centre. Close to Tube or Bus station and you can easily reach the famous sights. E.g . to Covent Garden it takes around 30 min by Tube.

The staff were very poor and rude. Didn’t like that we had children watching football and tired the volume off. Just rude and ignorant all day. The hotel is nice but the staff are very poor from check in to service staff.

Clean, has all you need, close to the station. The staff were really lovely as a rude impolite lady had cut infront of me to check in and the staff noticed and kindly checked me in a better room. Very sweet gesture to remember :)
