This is a gorgeous B&B and June is a wonderful host. This is our fourth stay and certainly won't be our last- it's the perfect, tranquil escape that we look for when going away.
The rooms are comfortable and incredibly clean. June cooks an amazing breakfast and is always on hand for recommendations on what to see and do.
It's our perfect stay.

Julian and Kate had left a very thoughtful range of breakfast options in the fridge and in the well equipped little kitchenette. Shower was amazing, the suite was tastefully decorated with all home comforts - and more. A short walk down to the picturesque harbour - an excellent location.

Helston has a long history, interesting shops and is a good starting point for visiting beaches, geology and ice cream!Since the by-pass, the town centre is safer! Big Salisbury's, Lidl. Access to the Lizard, Porthleven, Praa sands Kynance Cove all within 20 minutes travel. I stayed at the Premier Inn with its restaurant, car park and spacious room.

The quietude of the space was so right for me.
The quietude of the space was so right for me. Lizard Peninsula easy to get to and only took a few minutes. I loved the Llamas and donkey pottering around the site. Because the property had a balcony and good outdoor furniture. I could sit there and view the sea in the background.

Helston as a town has been left behind. In poor shape.
Helston as a town has been left behind. In poor shape. However, the surrounding area is wonderful. Porthleven, small but very friendly and welcoming. Location ideal for exploring the St Ives, Penzance, St Michael's Mount, and the coast from Porthleven round to Falmouth. Wonderful memories 💖. Thank you.

It had everything you would need for an extended stay to enjoy the surrounding area. It was picturesque and in a quiet location. The host provided a very informative email detailing things to do, see, and places to eat. We enjoyed his recommendation of the Helston Meadery on Wendron St. It was a short 12 minute walk to the town center. The hiking path across the small bridge nearby was quite enjoyable as well.
