This property is set in beautiful countryside on a working farm - there is also the added bonus of a farm shop on site. The Old Pantry is connected to the farmhouse and has been remodelled to a very high standard. The accommodation is well equipped and the hosts are really lovely and helpful. It was exceptionally clean, and there was lovely white bedding - always a bonus in my opinion! Lovely walks through the countryside and the separate enclosed garden makes it ideal if you have a dog :-)
Very nice place set in some lovely countryside. We stayed at the Hanmer Arms and the food there was excellent, so I would definitely consider going back there again. The people are very friendly and there are some lovely places to visit that are not too far away.

The friendliness of the staff even to our dog was amazing.. Food couldn't be faulted portion size very good and so tasty. Room was lovely and cosy. Garden area was very welcoming and as weather was so good we relaxed in garden most evenings. Food was also served to us in garden.
A car is a must with most places worth a visit are no more than 20-30 mins away.
We cant wait to return.

The staff very helpful they, they brought water for our dog, took orders for drinks at our table which saved us standing at the bar. My husband had a broken leg so we were allocated a ground floor room which was spacious enough to move around with crutches.
The breakfast was absolutely delicious and exceptional haven't had a breakfast as good as that for a very long time 😊 highly recommend the whole experience thankyou Hanmer Arms will definitely be coming back 👍😊
